The 2 girls came today and we're both pleasant and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. One already knew my mom from previously and can see that there is a determination and has said she will see if we could get a hospital bed for my mom .

In a world where it is sometimes difficult to trust people, there is no doubt in my mind that those individuals who have been looking after my Mum have shown the very highest levels of integrity, professionalism and genuine care. This has been a great comfort to me, in the knowledge that Mum is so incredibly well looked after.
On visits home, everyone has made time to talk with me and share their observations of Mum - both her physical and mental wellbeing, and I have heard and seen first hand how much care and attention is given to help her retain a degree of independence, and even more importantly her dignity and self worth.
The nature of such dedication cannot be underestimated - both my Mum and I remain extremely grateful to everyone involved.

AMG has been an absolute lifesaver to us as a family. They have been looking after my Mum on and off since she had a fall a year ago. Since that time she has been diagnosed with dementia and has significantly deteriorated health-wise and in her ability to care for herself. AMG now come in four times daily and provides invaluable support to my Dad who is her primary carer. They have built a lovely relationship with her and genuinely care about how she is. She has her favourites who always make her smile and are able to get her to eat more than we possibly can! They are also able to offer invaluable advice to us about Mum's care and have been an enormous support to us all. Thank you.

Sarah has worked in the social care sector for over 30 years, during which time she has held a wide range of roles, including Frontline Carer, Field Supervisor, and Safeguarding, Complaints and Compliance Lead. She has also served as a Registered Manager with both CSCI and, more recently, the CQC.
Sarah brings extensive experience in managing a variety of services, including domiciliary care, supported living, and extra care services, across multiple branches and at the area level.
Sarah joins AMG as Branch Manager for our Burton branch. Her depth of experience and strong leadership will be a valuable asset to both the service and wider organisation.
