AMG Nursing & Care Services - Burton

The 2 girls came today and we're both pleasant and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. One already knew my mom from previously and can see that there is a determination and has said she will see if we could get a hospital bed for my mom .

The service has nothing short of brilliant and carers have been very helpful in every thing they have done. Especially two, they have been excellent carers. Goes above and beyond for my dad

My Mothers main carers are fantastic, they look after her so well and are always kind. She has a very good relationship with them and they communicate so well with her and our family. We can't thank them enough.

Service of company is varied some is amazing some not so much the carers that I have on a regular basis are amazing and very supportive they have helped me deal with a lot and complete a lot independently would however appreciate name tags on all carers

From the first day they made my father comfortable and at ease in coming into new surroundings directly from hospital. Excellent care and approach - 10/10 for the team.

Friendly and polite to myself and my Dad. Maintains my Dads dignity and explains what they are doing by communicating clearly. Always make sure that he is left comfortable after being turned and had a good drink before they leave.

Pay attention to detail and do not rush, very organised and keep my grandma in good spirits when they come

Excellent service lovely people who come on a regular basis would be lost without them myself and my husband appreciate everything they have done and continue to to for us

They have worked closely with my husband to stay on top of his exercises and making sure his experience with washing and everything as easy as possible

Our experience with AMG has been very good, the care, friendliness and support has been outstanding. We have been lucky enough to have the same carers who looked after my Dad 3.5 years ago and again our experience with them then was better than any of the other care companies that were involved in the care my Dad.

Two people have been out to me multiple times and they are both very professional. They have always treated me with the upmost respect, made me feel comfortable and at ease. They have encouraged me throughout my recovery, helping me get stronger and giving me advice. I would highly recommend these two carers to anyone.

AMG were absolutely brilliant . All of their carers were polite and attentive. Mum really looked forward daily to them coming and she was so disappointed when she had to switch to another care provide company after establishing rapport and confidence with them . She would thoroughly recommend them

Really good care service. All Caregivers are of a good standard with some being excellent. They are will to answer any questions you have with respect of the care being offered. All have been friendly and are willing to make suggestions regarding the care of the patient. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The carers are very kind and friendly with my mother. Nothing is too much trouble. They are jolly and positive in their attitude and I'm sure will be very helpful in making her feel better soon.

Two carers have been to help me four times today. They are attentive and thoughtful, professional in their work and have a positive and encouraging attitude. They will definitely be a big help in my recuperation.

The nature of such dedication cannot be underestimated - both my Mum and I remain extremely grateful to everyone involved.

So at present this is not a service or value for the taxpayer.

AMG has been an absolute lifesaver to us as a family. They have been looking after my Mum on and off since she had a fall a year ago. Since that time she has been diagnosed with dementia and has significantly deteriorated health-wise and in her ability to care for herself. AMG now come in four times daily and provides invaluable support to my Dad who is her primary carer. They have built a lovely relationship with her and genuinely care about how she is. She has her favourites who always make her smile and are able to get her to eat more than we possibly can! They are also able to offer invaluable advice to us about Mum's care and have been an enormous support to us all. Thank you.
