AMG, have been providing my father's care for the last 5 weeks. They are very knowledgeable and are a good solid team who work well together. I feel confident that my father is being looked after. I think he is starting to enjoy their company and looks forward to his visits.

Excellent service by carers especially two of them who are a credit to the company. Some should not be in the job at all, retraining is required with some staff. Overall superb care. I don't know what else I can say.

The main carers who called daily to see my husband were always professional and gave very good, calm, advice and guidance in an overwhelming situation. They were extremely supportive of both of us and helped immensely at a very difficult time in our lives. We also had many laughs which developed the relationship between us. Their communication skills were really good.

Several went above and beyond the expected role. Over the 6 week support period, I met a lot of carers but was fortunate enough to be cared for on a regular basis by an outstanding mother and daughter team. If I needed to contact the office I received good support. AMG do a great job but would have preferred to see fewer people with more consistency.

Experience with your company is very good most of your employees do a great job that is much as we do with most of the carer's job that is appreciated. We have been fortunate to have two carers in particular many times and have a great relationship with them having said that there are several others hot on their heels. Unfortunately due to the nature of their jobs, time is really limited.

Brilliant service following my dad's discharge from hospital. Huge thanks to one member of staff in particular and the team for their hard work - nothing was too much trouble, they really went the extra mile and kept me updated regularly.

My nan currently has AMG Burton branch and they have been amazing with her. Nothing is too much for them and they always go above and beyond for her. All the carers are lovely and happy. They also have conversations with my grandad and make sure he is ok and would like anything while they are there. She has come in leaps and bounds in only a few weeks AMG has been visiting. Nothing is too much for the office staff either they are amazing and are always available to help with anything we need and any extra help/information we require. If it was possible we would have them permanently.

The carers have been Mum’s main carers and they are absolutely wonderful. They have treated Mum with such kindness and compassion, always preserving her dignity. They have a lovely way with them; encouraging, kind, effective and efficient, and use fun and humour in a lovely motivational manner. E.g. Mum always struggles to get out of bed in the mornings (given her pain, general tiredness, aged 93 and frailty) and they manage to encourage her out of bed in a kind, cheerful and almost nonchalant way which avoids any resistance on her part - they really are gifted and make caring look easy. I have also felt very supported by the carers in my caring for Mum. They have given me invaluable guidance and when I was unsure if a GP visit was needed they confirmed it was. The GP surgery also took the matter more seriously knowing that the carers had recommended Mum see a GP. The carers have gone above and beyond, they even brought cake to share on my birthday: I can’t thank them enough!

I am writing concerning your recent care for my mother. During the weeks since she came out of hospital, your staff have shown great respect and kindness to my mother and father as my mum recovered from her fall and illness. Your staff have been amazing and I believe their work has helped with my mum's speedy recovery and confidence as she has begun to walk again. The team were amazing.

No need to wash clients while using the commode, then leave cold and naked in the bathroom. Turn up whenever and have never changed a bed in four weeks nor washed his hair. Shouted several times. Awful. Please don't let these people care for your loved one for their well-being and your peace of mind. I could write a very long story but I get so upset about how he was treated by this company. Please, please think twice. I wish you all the best to getting well and strong.

After discharge from hospital, my mother was looked after by AMG. I cannot fault the service at all. The carers were polite, caring, professional and made my mum comfortable and well looked after. They became more like family than carers. Nothing was too much trouble even when my mum got upset due to accepting she needs carers now. They listened to her and explained things to her. I highly recommend AMG to anyone who needs a professional company to look after their loved ones. Thank you so much.

We have carers four times a day and they have never let us down. There are some amazing care staff who treat my husband with dignity and respect and show great empathy. Myself and my husband are very pleased with the service given by AMG Burton.

The days have become easier as a good routine has developed, and we both look forward to each visit from these friendly and helpful care teams.
