AMG Nursing & Care Services - Burton, established in 1983, provides a service to those who require the most complex care at home to those who just require a helping hand with their daily living.

With all staff fully trained, AMG provides a complete assessment package with all clients to ascertain a care package tailored to suit every individual.

Services AMG provide include 24 hour care adult home care (18+), home care for children, live in carer, personal care (on a contracted hours basis) as well as assessments and risk assessments in the home.

Other services include call in service, cancer care, cleaning service, companionship dementia, domestic services, food preparation, hospital discharge, laundry service, medication assistance, palliative care, shopping service and sit in service.

Job Title: Branch Manager Joined: 2025

Sarah has worked in the social care sector for over 30 years, during which time she has held a wide range of roles, including Frontline Carer, Field Supervisor, and Safeguarding, Complaints and Compliance Lead. She has also served as a Registered Manager with both CSCI and, more recently, the CQC.


Sarah brings extensive experience in managing a variety of services, including domiciliary care, supported living, and extra care services, across multiple branches and at the area level.


Sarah joins AMG as Branch Manager for our Burton branch. Her depth of experience and strong leadership will be a valuable asset to both the service and wider organisation.
