I have found the service very helpful. With cancer in my back, I have good and bad days. The staff are very helpful and kind, but the treatment for cancer has been very painful at times, and they are very understanding. My family live away and they know the carers will contact them if necessary. I used to drive, but I cannot anymore and I am used to doing the cooking for myself as I lost my husband fifteen years ago. I have had nine rounds of chemo.

I love all my carers.

The service provided to my father is excellent and he really enjoys the carers visits. They are responsive to requests and proactive when they feel action needs to be taken for any matter. Highly recommend.

Your service has been great. Always on time, and everything is thoroughly done. It has been a godsend to me, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service. Always done with a smile, and I am extremely grateful, I would thank them and I would recommend them whenever I can. Completely trustworthy, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are brilliant and I would use them in my old age when I will need more help.

We are extremely pleased with the efficient and caring service provided. Communication is good.

The carers assist me by washing my lower legs and feet. Help me into and out of the shower - wipe and dress me, and see me back into the lounge. I am extremely happy with all the carers who attend the company I chose.

All caring staff are efficient, caring, and friendly, keeping up friendly chat with my husband sets him up for the day. Thank you.

I have found the care from Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services to be excellent. My main carer was always punctual, had a very pleasant manner and never made me feel awkward or embarrassed about my situation. We would reminisce about the local area, both being local and have a laugh. If other carers came they were just as pleasant. My carers always followed the details about my care package.

Firstly, Anglian Care Services were highly recommended by a senior person in a local care home. My 2 brothers and I are extremely pleased with the wonderful care our 91-year-old mother is receiving every day. From the very first time we met the Manager, she totally understood the needs of our mum and made lots of positive suggestions. The whole team are very friendly, very experienced and very caring. My mum loves chatting to all the carers and the medical problem that our mum had has now cleared up thanks to the dedication of the team. They are very flexible in their approach and when I phone with a concern, they make positive suggestions. So in turn, my brothers and I feel reassured too. Each carer writes up the notes of each visit for us, as a family to see and to inform the next day's carer. It is extremely reassuring to us as a family that Mum has a visit and help every day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Staff are always kind and helpful, chat with mum, and never rush her. Help her but always do things her way. The manager is brilliant and always gets back to me if I have a question or request. Would recommend it to anyone.Thanks, girls.

I have had the pleasure of using this service now for both my father, who has sadly now passed, and now for my mother whose health is declining. The staff are always amazing, being attentive, caring, professional and nothing is too much trouble. When the manager comes out to do the assessment, she is also professional, knowledgeable and gives you her undivided attention. I cannot rate this agency highly enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for caring and professional people to care for their loved ones.

I have just started having Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services come into me. I find all the staff who comes to me, all of them are happy in their work. Nothing is no trouble to do anything. Always got a smile on their faces, very polite. They all know what they are doing, very happy with the service I am receiving

I am very pleased and grateful to the staff who care for my wife with kindness and consideration in dealing with her various issues, they are always helpful and supportive to myself which is much appreciated.

I look forward to them walking in with a cheerful and positive attitude. The management team is also supportive and approachable.

I feel it is unfair that when I cancel an appointment the carer due to visit does not get paid despite you taking the fee. The carer should receive the fee.

We are very pleased with the care service as my mum is a lot happier, she does not cry very much now, she talks a lot more to us and the carer and family and friends. She has put on weight which is great and she gets dressed and out of bed every day, that makes our lives much better as me and my brother are not sad and can actually have time with our mum who has dementia. She eats and drinks a lot better too. All carers are nice to Mum and she has a joke with them, they ask her what she wants we like that if she can't answer they say what there is.

Overall we are extremely pleased with the care Anglian Care supplies to the wellbeing of my mother.

I cannot speak highly enough of the carers who we see on a daily basis. They are polite, friendly and compassionate. I especially appreciate the way they look after my wife, who is suffering from dementia. I am able to relax more knowing that she is happy to see her cares and that takes the burden of responsibility off my shoulders for a while. All in all the staff are really wonderful.
