Anglian care are the providers for my father and have been for a while. The office staff are always there to help and the carers are amazing. They all go above and beyond.

The service was excellent and swiftly arranged - communication with the manager and staff was effective from the start, organisation impeccable, the carers punctual, efficient, caring, conscientious and showed empathy. It was clear that they were well-trained; they also, on occasion, voluntarily went
beyond the call of duty. Medication procedures were carefully observed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and am grateful for the help and peace of mind they provided.

Anglian Care provided my dad with a very professional service. He was always happy with the care they provided. Sadly my dad became very ill and Anglian Care came out at very short notice helping him in his hour of need for example stuck in his wheelchair or unable to get to his medication. Without
this service, he wouldn't have been able to stay at home as long as he did.

Highly recommend.

Anglian Care has been nothing short of amazing over the last few months. They have helped my elderly cousin in the house and helped her to go out which she hadn't been able to do for some time. They have been so helpful in accommodating frequent extra requests on their time and trying nearly always
to send her favourite carers which have made a big difference. They have been unstintingly patient in quite difficult circumstances and worked so hard to be helpful and caring. We have also found the people at the end of the phone or email extremely helpful as well which has given her family great confidence that what has been asked will be done. We can't thank you enough.

My mother was alone for most of the daytime and needed someone to check on her and also to help her with meals. Her carers were very good and became her friends who she looked forward to seeing. They were reliable and flexible too which meant a lot for my peace of mind. I would definitely recommend

Sadly my father has just had to go into a care home but for eight or nine years before that, he used the services of this company.

I have nothing but praise for the manner in which he was looked after and I know my dad really liked the girls who did the caring and formed a close bond with them.

He

is not the easiest of men to get on with and can be quite cantankerous at times, but the carers managed to maintain a cheerful manner throughout and I take my hat off to them for the way in which they did the job.

Well done to all!

I needed carers for my father who has both dementia and Parkinson's, as he was struggling to cope with everyday life living on his own. I had a bad experience with my first choice of care agency so contacted Anglican care. They were professional, friendly, efficient and courteous from day one. I cannot
fault them at all. They gave me confidence that my father was being looked after properly and they treated him as a person and not just as another client. He was happy, more settled and content and a rapport was built up between himself and the carers, especially one in particular. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency to anyone. All the staff deserve high praise indeed, whether they are management or carers working for this agency.

In a word - 'Angels'. Came on board after we had been badly let down by another agency and were at our wits end!! Arrived on time, looked after my father as if he was a member of their own family. Stepped in when extra care was needed without any red tape. Provided a service above and beyond. Would
highly recommend,

The carer visiting my mother-in-law was every quick to see that she was about to take incorrect medication, she phoned me immediately and spent time on her own phone whilst I instructed her how to unlock the Pivotell and rotate the inner wheel. We think the machine was becoming unreliable so have ordered
a replacement. The carer was constantly reassuring my mother-in-law that there wasn't a problem whilst sorting this all out.

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.805 for Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (126 Excellents x 5) + (26 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 154 Ratings = 4.805
