Jan has owned and managed the company since May 2014 (also the previous company prior to name change since 2005). She works closely with the Care Manager and Team Leaders to ensure an excellent quality of care and support is provided to service users in the local community and also ensures compliance with the Care Quality Commission.

Claire is a dynamic and pro-active manager who oversees all aspects of care and support in the community. She is also one of the medication managers and provides direct care herself on a regular basis - enabling close supervision of staff and the quality of the provision of support in the community.
