Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services Ltd provides an efficiently run and caring service in the areas of March and Chatteris (and surrounding villages) in Cambridgeshire.

The Care Manager and Team Leaders assist the Registered Manager to provide an excellent service in the local community.

The support team is carefully chosen, DBS checked and fully trained to provide the highest standards possible to meet the strict requirements of the most recent Health & Social Care Act. The team provide a service that is Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well-led.

Services include personal care, medication support/administration, meal preparation, shopping, domestic, laundry, ironing, respite Sit-in to relieve an unpaid carer, and transportation services for outings including the dentist, doctors, vet, hospital or shops.

I am extremely happy with the service provided to my mother-in-law by Anglian Care. After several bad experiences with other domestic helpers and cleaners who frequently failed to show up or complete the tasks required, I contacted Anglian Care to explain what our needs were. They listened and I am
delighted with the helpful and caring team who visit every week, always on time and are very productive in the time they are there whilst still taking time to have a chat and a catch up. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the service Mum gets, she can be a bit awkward at times but the girls all manage to get her to do what needs to be done, she gets on well with all the carers who are all very friendly and spend time talking to her.

The carers are amazing. They are not only caring but also interested in the person they look after. They are considerate of my mother's needs and also ensure 100% that she is content and comfortable before they leave. Having met all of the carers, I can only pass on my most sincerest thanks to all of

The staff were very helpful, kind, and patient even though the person they were caring for was very difficult at times they were a super group of girls.
They did everything they were asked to do and went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

If I could give Anglian Care 10++++ stars I would.
My daughter who has cerebral palsy and wheelchair dependent, moved 150 miles to become local to us in Cambridgeshire. The move was massively influenced by how unhappy she was with her care company. (She has received personal care from agencies for
over 20 years.)
After she moved up, we spent a long time researching care companies who could do her preferred times and had the right attitude towards clients, particularly as my daughter has high anxiety levels.
I can honestly say that the change in my daughter since she has had Anglian Care is remarkable and I have shed several tears of gratitude that a company like this exists. My daughter has a great relationship with her carers and management and in her words - ‘I love each one of them’.
Thank you so much Anglian Care. You are all amazing. Grateful (and relieved) Mum of a happy client.

We have been very happy with the care provided to our mum. All the staff were friendly and spent time talking to Mum. The staff supported Mum to be as independent as possible in her own home. We all felt that Mum was well cared for which gave us peace of mind. I would recommend their service to anyone
looking for support for their loved one.

Anglian and their team of lovely carers looked after my parents for 8 months before they became too poorly to be at home and moved into a care home. They were kind, professional and always caring, respectful and considerate to our mum and dad. Highly recommend. Your loved ones will be very well looked

Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services are the best care team by far. My mother, who lives with me, suffers from severe Alzheimer’s which can be very challenging. Finally, I have found a team who are knowledgeable in dementia, competent, trusting, and they really do care. It is a relief to be able
to leave my mother with the lovely ladies knowing that whatever behaviour challenges arise they are able to deal with it. Management have been very supportive, and proactive when I have needed help and advice. With the excellent organisation of the team we have never been let down. My thanks to Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services.

My aunt has been delighted with the services provided by this agency, they have been reliable and caring. Having staff local to the area has been good for my aunt's care. Their service and management has been excellent and was provided at short notice.

The support we receive from Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services is always way above and beyond. I live a long way away from my friend who is receiving their care and what they provide to me is total peace of mind. Knowing that as soon as I contact them someone will be around to check on my friend
however busy they may be. It is a wonderful community service - a huge thank you to the entire lovely team that tirelessly work there.

Anglian Care have been looking after my Mum for several years and the care and support they provide is excellent. They monitor all her needs as well as making her comfortable and feel special. Very approachable, reassuring and always at the end of a phone should I need guidance. Well worth the money
for peace of mind, especially as I don’t live nearby. Thank you to all Mum’s carers for their kindness.

I would like to thank you all for the help, support, and care you gave my Mum in law over the past months while her health was deteriorating. Both carers and management were amazing! During the last week of Mum's life, the care they gave was so professional yet caring. They never rushed their visits
even though I am sure they must have been so busy with other clients. They helped and supported me as well with their cheerfulness and kindness. I really can't praise you all enough! I could go on and on, but I think I have got the message across! A big thank you.
