I am extremely happy with the service provided to my mother-in-law by Anglian Care. After several bad experiences with other domestic helpers and cleaners who frequently failed to show up or complete the tasks required, I contacted Anglian Care to explain what our needs were. They listened and I am delighted with the helpful and caring team who visit every week, always on time and are very productive in the time they are there whilst still taking time to have a chat and a catch up. Highly recommend.

We invited Anglian Care to look after our mother and have been really impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and flexibility. With this in mind we would not hesitate to recommend them as carers.

Very happy with the service Mum gets, she can be a bit awkward at times but the girls all manage to get her to do what needs to be done, she gets on well with all the carers who are all very friendly and spend time talking to her.

The carers are amazing. They are not only caring but also interested in the person they look after. They are considerate of my mother's needs and also ensure 100% that she is content and comfortable before they leave. We have been very happy with the care provided to our mum. All the staff were friendly and spent time talking to Mum. The staff supported Mum to be as independent as possible in her own home. We all felt that Mum was well cared for which gave us peace of mind. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for support for their loved one.

Anglian and their team of lovely carers looked after my parents for 8 months before they became too poorly to be at home and moved into a care home. They were kind, professional and always caring, respectful and considerate to our mum and dad. Highly recommend. Your loved ones will be very well looked after.

I am very happy the girls are always on time and look after me. They go above and beyond and collect my medication and shopping. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

The ladies are most helpful and caring and look after me well. I don't know what I would do without them. We have a laugh and they cheer me up if I am down and tired.

Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services are the best care team by far. My mother, who lives with me, suffers from severe Alzheimer’s which can be very challenging. Finally, I have found a team who are knowledgeable in dementia, competent, trusting, and they really do care. It is a relief to be able to leave my mother with the lovely ladies knowing that whatever behaviour challenges arise they are able to deal with it. Management have been very supportive, and proactive when I have needed help and advice. With the excellent organisation of the team we have never been let down. A big thank you to all the staff at Anglian Care for the special care and attention given to Mum on their daily visits to make sure that she has a hot lunch and a tea prepared for later in the day. We could not have chosen a better team to look after her.

Anglian Care have been looking after my Mum for several years and the care and support they provide is excellent. They monitor all her needs as well as making her comfortable and feel special. I would like to thank you all for the help, support, and care you gave my Mum in law over the past months while her health was deteriorating. Both carers and management were amazing! During the last week of Mum's life, the care they gave was so professional yet caring. They never rushed their visits even though I am sure they must have been so busy with other clients.
