Anglian Care have been attending to my elderly dad for about 2 years. One of the team has visited twice a day for wash/shower, change and ready for the day/bed as well as administering medication every day - they have never missed a beat. Each and every member of the team are professional and totally competent in their work, yet friendly, charming and reassuring. The team members are all unique and different in their own style but all are totally committed to the job. I can not praise Anglian Care enough and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Good service provided to my mum by a lovely bunch of ladies who offer a welcome, friendly face and chat each day as well as sorting her meal out. Really good value for money and have always found easy and good communication with office and manager too. Would recommend.

My mother is extremely happy with the level of service provided by the carers from Anglian Care, nothing is too much trouble for them, and she is comfortable in their presence. We both feel their service is good value for the money, and have no complaints.

Anglian Care has been taking care of my mother since 2014 and is still currently supplying care. They have been very reliable, whenever there has been a problem they are always contactable. Their carers are well trained, friendly and my mother looks forward to their visits. Prior to Anglian Care, I had another provider so by comparison Anglian Care has been an absolute dream well done.

The carers themselves are fantastic. They are helpful, friendly, efficient and very considerate to my dad's needs and pride! Nothing too much trouble. My dad couldn't survive without them to help him. Highly recommended.

My parents have been using Anglian Care since early last year. At the time Dad was Mum's main carer and they supported Dad in looking after Mum whilst being a friendly face that he could talk and joke with. Invaluable. Sadly Dad died in July last year and all the staff stepped in to support both Mum and the family. Levels of care had to be quickly increased and this was made possible by the management and their very flexible and accommodating staff. We are so grateful for all the kindness, support and remarkable care that they show Mum. We are touched how each and every one of them engages with Mum and the level of care she receives whatever the time of day and whatever challenges she may present them with. Each carer brings different qualities to Mum's care and as such her life is enriched by each and every one of them. As a family, we cannot thank them enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A carer from Anglian Care visits my parents every week day to provide cleaning services and personal care to my mother. She is very caring, thoughtful and respectful to both my parents. Everyone at this company is helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.

The ladies who care for my dad are brilliant so kind and caring. The manager was fantastic when we first selected the company. We had problems with the council and their payments; she was really helpful with sorting this out.

Mum has carers twice a day, she is in the early stages of dementia and our family are extremely worried about her. The ladies who look after mum have completely stopped us worrying about her getting up and going to bed. Mum thinks of them as friends visiting rather than 'carers' - they always leave her happy and safe. The log entries are so useful - they let us know of any situations we don't know about and we are able to let them know any problems she is having. Emails are answered promptly if we have any information for the carers. We are all so grateful for all they do for her.

For over a year, Anglian Care has been helping look after an elderly lady relation (89 years old) who lives on her own. The carers who visit twice a day could not be more helpful. They are friendly, polite, flexible and reliable - and value for money. Management is equally praiseworthy. What more can one say? Yes, I recommend their services.

Great friendly staff. Very efficient in cleaning and caring for my nan. My nan's health has improved due to the high quality of care she is receiving. Would highly recommend them. Amazing value for money.

Anglian Care look after my dad who's 93. They do his shopping and cleaning. They are happy to do other things for him like picking up prescriptions when necessary. As I live quite a few miles away I know I can trust them to look after him when I can't be there. They have always arrived on time and have been very happy to chat to him which I know he enjoys. During this difficult period (Covid-19) we are going through they have been a lifeline for him and apart from a neighbour, the only people he sees. I cannot praise them enough. All of the staff I have come into contact with are extremely helpful and supportive.

Nothing is too much trouble for them, and for anybody starting on this road to look for carers for their loved ones look no further.

Our family have been extremely happy with the care and support provided by Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services Ltd to my elderly father-in-law. He receives a daily lunchtime call but we recently increased the calls while my husband and I went on holiday to include evenings. They provided us with peace of mind and even picked up some items of shopping that were needed while we were away. He has the same regular carers that are punctual and courteous, which enable him to build a rapport and provide him with confidence, especially as he has early onset Dementia. The daily log book is informative to us, the family and clearly details the call timings and activities. We would highly recommend Anglian Care without hesitation as their service is more personalised than many of the larger agencies.

Excellent service and they always reassure me for my mum, especially as I live abroad. They help weekly with her shopping but also for scheduled appointments like the dentist and general healthcare needs or appointments. We have been with them long term and my mum feels reassured having them there, and also me of course! Well done and so glad they are there to help provide such a wonderful service!

Excellent care from Anglian Carers for our elderly uncle with Alzheimer's. They have been extremely efficient from when we first starting using them and they continue to be accommodating as circumstances change. Nothing is too much trouble for them, the staff are friendly and patient and our uncle felt at ease with them assisting him with his medication, personal care to making endless cups of tea! They are supportive to both our uncle and his family, even checking up on him during a spell in hospital. The log book provides daily information or we receive a telephone call update with the more challenging visits. All the staff of Anglian Carers have given the family confidence and peace of mind knowing that he's in safe hands.

They provided domestic and shopping for my nan for nearly a year, we found them to be very courteous, prompt and no matter the question or problem it was never too much trouble, my nan had one lady every week and she had nothing but high praise for her. I have already recommended them to 2 families that need help, I can’t really recommend them enough, excellent service and polite staff.

My mother had been using Anglian Care throughout 2018 after a fall. She had been happy with her morning visits and enjoyed interacting with the carers. However, after a month in hospital around Christmas 2018, it was clear that she would need to increase the number of care visits on discharge from hospital. Discharge from hospital occurred quite quickly with little time to prepare, on a Saturday, but Anglian Care responded brilliantly, they had three visits per day in place the very next day! Over the following weeks, before my mother moved into residential care, I was with her almost full time and so witnessed 'first hand' the way in which the carers interacted with her. I met five or six carers during this period, all different, but all caring, helpful and respectful. My mother liked them and I certainly found them supportive to me too at a stressful time.

I have been very impressed by Anglian Care. They have been flexible and ready to listen to and respond to my sister-in-law's needs. The staff we have met are friendly and patient and the log book is informative. More importantly my sister-in-law likes the visits and the staff.

For several years, Anglian Care and Domestic Support Services have been caring for a very elderly lady that I am responsible for. At first, it was twice a day for washing and dressing, then as she has become frailer, a lunchtime visit is often needed to help with medication and preparing lunch.

In addition to this, a carer comes once a week to do the laundry and ironing. On a different day, a carer comes to take her shopping at the local supermarket or does the shopping for her if she doesn't feel well enough to go herself. All of this care enables her to remain in her own home and keep her independence, at a fraction of the price of a care home. They are a very very good team and I would thoroughly recommend them.
