Audley has provided a reliable and consistent service for the last 12 months. The care team are thoughtful and resourceful, using initiative to resolve problems when necessary. They contact other member s of the family when needed and show a very respectful and caring attitude.

During my visits, I have met a number of staff, managers, carers and bar/restaurant staff, who have all impressed me with their care and attention to my mother.

Always on time, any rare occasion always kept informed.

All carers are lovely and get on with mum. Any problems are communicated so can be dealt with. Communication is superb unlike other firms had.

We started using Audley Willicombe Mangement Ltd in early May of this year after we had been let down by another service provider. From the initial contact, through the first visit to set up a care plan the company has been very efficient and helpful. All the visiting carers have been lovely and have treated my father with great care. The whole team have be3en excellent and I would recommend them to anyone in our position thanks a lot.

I have found Audley to be extremely reliable and caring over the last 3-4years. I have recently increased the number of calls and they have been very accommodating and helpful. Importantly for me, they have an ample number of carers to cover my needs.

Excellent friendly supportive staff, willing to give support and advice. They give care with a smile and a chat putting the client at ease, treating them with dignity and looking after their needs.

The staff were always polite, reliable and friendly to her, and she very soon looked forward to their visits. She felt they had become more friends than carers which was reassuring to the family, and neighbours that she was getting first class care and attention.

The service is generally very good. The only slight complaint would be some of the time slots allocated for visits.
