Generally, very happy with the service that is provided although being very new to this, it is difficult at this time, to make any comparative or constructive comments.

My wife, who is the person being cared for, has commented that she would be more comfortable if the carer attending was more consistent rather than having four or five different carers during the week however I do accept that as we are a relatively new client of Bluebird Care, that this could take a bit more time to achieve.

Bluebird Care is an absolutely fabulous organisation.
From managers, to office staff, to care providers, they are helpful, cheerful, kind and knowledgeable.
I know my mum is in the best hands with Bluebird.
The carers kindly take my mum to appointments, clean mum's flat and look after her on fun trips out. Mum loves the carer's company too.

I honestly don't know how our family would manage without the help and care we all get from Bluebird.

My mother has been a customer at Bluebird Care for many years and has a carer routinely each morning for personal care and a domestic call once a week. More recently, her memory, especially short-term, is becoming less and less; she constantly appears anxious and requires her carers to talk to her through her daily personal care. Therefore, it is key for her to have her familiar carers who know her routine and can reassure her and make her feel comfortable. They have patience and understanding, are very kind and will engage in conversation, keeping her calm, which is so important for her.
I feel able to ask for an additional visit at fairly short notice if required and am confident the office will do their best to accommodate us. Communications could be improved if the timings on the schedule received are changed at short notice we are not always informed.

However, most importantly, I feel totally reassured that Mum receives the best care possible due to the regular carers who make for a happy, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. At present, her health issues, whilst gradually worsening, she appears quite happy and content. My thanks to all.

We are very impressed with the service we have received from Bluebird Care Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead &
