Since requiring help from Bluebird Care, both my husband and I have had nothing but praise for each person who comes each day, morning and evening, to see to our needs. The attention we are given has helped us both recover from difficult health issues to now giving us more social care which is fully being appreciated. Each person who arrives at our home brings cheerfulness and a routine they follow. It is recognisable of each Carer, the whole ethos of the BlueBird service is shown by the thorough training given, and the rigorous interviewing undergone. Both of us feel absolutely secure allowing the Carer to deal with anything necessary to help us. It is dealt with immediately and with much willingness. We have enjoyed the enthusiasm shown by each Carer of Bluebird Service, and the laughter we have joined in with the Carer. Our family are at ease to know we are being looked after very well. A thoroughly recommendable and hardworking Service.
