Meritum Integrated Care LLP (Folkestone)

I found all the carers that come into my mum's really helpful and they're more than happy to help out with tasks that need doing. All the guys that Work from Merton in Folkestone have been wonderful. Each and every one of them that goes into my mum's make sure she's okay and offer she needs.

I am very happy with the staff who came to me they are always cheerful and arrive early in the day.

When I brought everything to the attention of the manageress in an email they arranged to come round to discuss about it, as soon as she stepped into my property I asked if she could take her shoes off, she refused, I said the carers do, she said they shouldn't and continued with giving us 10 days notice, everything was my fault and not the carer! Shameful

I am very pleased with my carers now, you could not wish for any one better. They are so helpful and kind, they look after you and they are always there for you. I recommend them to any one. They are good workers and honest.

Fantastic care. Very understanding staff. Help both with mental health and physical health problems. Staff respect my dignity, too, which is a big thing for me. From helping remind me to wash, to helping with household tasks

I am very happy with the punctuality of regular carers. People that are walkers are generally late and new and it's very annoying. Tasks are undertaken well, however a couple of issues need to be addressed and I'm confident they will get done, a big shout out to 4 staff members in particular.

Since Meritum have been caring for my mother, who is unable to walk and has advanced dementia, I have had no worries. They are so professional and always arrive on time, do everything we ask them to do and are friendly staff. My mum loves them. To get the best from them, good communication is important, and we have a good relationship with any issues or needs brought up straight away. I absolutely can't recommend them enough.

The 2 carers we mainly get both take their time with my daughter talk to her come to the door with a very Happy welcome and attitude , they help my daughter the best they can and if my daughter is not well they always ask if there is anything else they can do. They are both polite and caring and helpfull and we both think the world of them. Thank you for sending them for my daughter , lovely office aswell when I ring and speak to staff . The carers are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. They are kind, friendly and fun. They respect my husband and always ask him what he wants and how. They are respectful of other members of the family and at home. Times are sometimes out of sync. They can be either very early or late, not the fault of carers but their workload, the office insisting they book clients in at certain times. This has caused distress to my husband on a number of occasions and to the routine of our household. Please keep to times.

I am very happy with the carers. I would very much tell others of my experience.

Carers come in to care for my husband. Always willing to help and assist him for whatever he wants. One point I add they always ask if I'm ok - thoughtful and welcome. Always check more than once my husband is ok and safe. Each carer that comes in is always understanding.

I have been very fortunate with my two carers. Both keep up on time and are a great help to me. They are also two good human beings.

Earlier this year my regular carer saved my life as I had a seizure and collapsed. He arrived at my residence, saw what had happened, phoned emergency services and gave me resuscitation. Looking back on this occasion I realised that this was a normal, though not every day, procedure. Such is the professionalism of Meritum carers.
