The team provides personal care, including washing and dressing, toileting, continence care, and medication assistance, alongside companionship, feeding and drinking support, and household help, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
Staff undergo pre-employment checks, including DBS and right-to-work checks, and receive training, supervision, and regular spot checks. Medication competency is recorded for all staff. Service users and families are encouraged to share feedback through reviews.
Live-in care is available with a 15% discount. Clients are encouraged to contact the team for a personalised quote tailored to individual needs.

A trip out with Harris has seen an improvement in my dad's wellbeing !
