Care Promise has an experienced group of Senior Care Assessors who will discuss plans of care with service users and their families, if they wish, to set realistic and achievable goals while promoting a person’s choice, dignity, and self-esteem.

The owner and manager of Care Promise has 25 years’ experience working as Community Nursing Sister, Care Home Manager. I have found all the carers from Care Promise Ltd to be; professional, caring, understanding, patient, willing to do more, friendly, offering extra help if needed. I have had Care Promise Ltd helping with my husband's dementia for the last nine months and he can be very difficult in the mornings. I
would certainly recommend them and would not have managed without them.

Care Promise Ltd deliver a friendly reliable and reassuring service. They use their initiative when things get difficult and are always professional. They make family members feel part of the team and we cannot manage without them. Excellent service!
