My Mother has been using Care Together for 5 years. Throughout that period, the standard has always remained very high. This agency consistently shows a real interest in its customers and will do those extra things that make a difference to someone's quality of life.

We are very pleased with this care agency. They are caring and helpful. Recently when we had an emergency situation they responded quickly and appropriately and continued to care even, after the emergency was over. They stayed in touch to make sure we were able to manage the situation and I knew I could call on them if I needed any help. I particularly appreciated the personal touch and their genuine care and compassion.

I could not manage without them all.

I am very lucky and do appreciate all their care.

The service was extremely reliable over the six years that we used Care Together. I or my sisters were always consulted as part of the care planning process, mostly by email or else by phone. The care staff were without exception very kind and respectful to my parents. With their positive and jovial manners, they were able to get my father who was slipping into Alzheimer's responding back which was a delight to see. At the same time they were very professional in the physical care they were providing and he always seemed comfortable with being washed, dressed, moved around, etc. Contact with the office was very efficient. They certainly made our father's last few years more comfortable and enabled him to stay at home until his final year. They are continuing to support our mother on an occasional basis now that she is in a care home, mostly taking her back to visit old friends in the village or attend dentist and hospital appointments and the like. We strongly recommend Care Together.

My Dad lives with me and as a carer, I feel hugely supported by this company which then enables me to have more strength to care for my Dad.

The service that Care Together gives is wonderful. Their team of Carers are caring, efficient, cheerful, experienced and everything one could wish for. Generally, they have been very supportive to me and Mother who suffers from severe dementia and cannot communicate.

The office staff also are great, always cheerful, helpful and efficient.

I use another agency for care for my aunt and they are not nearly so good.

I would recommend the Agency wholeheartedly.

Dad had Parkinson’s Disease and as his health progressively deteriorated and his needs increased his "Pink Ladies" from Care Together were there providing excellent daily support 3 times a day. All of their carers were committed and compassionate. Dad finally passed away 22nd Dec 2016. We cannot thank Care Together enough for all their care and support through this very difficult time.

Cannot praise this team of ladies highly enough. Extremely caring and efficient team, father in law was treated with dignity and respect at all times. They also communicated promptly and efficiently with the family whenever there was a query in order that he received the very best care possible.

Together with the rest of my family, I would like to say how impressed we have been with Care Together.

Early in 2016 my husband, who was already suffering from dementia and other health complications, developed personal care needs that I and my family simply could not meet. Care Together were recommended and they came three mornings a week to get him ready for his visits to dialysis. Sadly his health was deteriorating rapidly and he went into hospital for several weeks before coming home for the last twelve days of his life. Care Together came to the rescue again, providing excellent daily support and end-of-life care, morning, afternoon and evening. They were so good. All of their carers were committed and compassionate, not only to my husband's needs but also to mine and the family's at a very difficult time. And after he died they kept in touch, giving me welcome moral support, which was way beyond the call of duty. We cannot thank Care Together enough or praise them too highly.

A small but highly impressive agency with a professional, demonstrably caring approach. Evident from the top down. Always friendly and helpful definitely go the extra mile.
