Carers are very reliable (never missed a visit), friendly and caring. They always make time to talk to my mother and treat her with dignity and respect. Initially there was a small issue with remembering to dispense a new, additional tablet but that was resolved after a few weeks.
Treat my dad with love and care - he trusts them and enjoys seeing each and every one.

1-minute visits. That's what we experienced, yet they were supposed to attend for 45 minutes. Disappointing. When we raised this with the manager, the response was horrific. There are better care providers out there.
We were commissioned by the local authority (LA) to carry out 2 x 15 minute visits daily; this is monitored electronically by the LA. The woman's dignity was respected at all times.

Leads and manages the day-to-day planning and delivery of quality agreed and individualised care and support to individual users of the service, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the close-knit team, and ensuring focus is maintained on those receiving the service.
Leads on engagement with individuals and families to discuss and agree appropriate quality care and support is planned and coordinated, then provided by the frontline carers
Works closely with Care Coordinator in the planning of and allocation of duties to the frontline carers to ensure best possible continuity of care
Working closely with the Office team, she leads the coordination of daily administrative activities and communicates with users of services and their families.
