Crescent Homecare staff are the best carers I could have wished for. My dad never wanted carers & refused for some time until we just couldn't do it ourselves anymore. From the very first meeting with the supervisor and what would be his regular carer it was amazing. His carer made my dad feel at ease, explained everything she was doing & he grew a bond with her. He was then introduced to more wonderful carers as his needs grew. I can honestly say from the first meeting to the very last he was given the best care you could want for your parent. I thank each & every one of them who made it possible for his wish to be cared for at home possible. As a family we are truly grateful & thankful to all the wonderful carers and the staff who were excellent with their communications. Angels all of you xxx

I have marked the date of this review May 2026, but it relates to a period of care which spanned well over half a decade. Crescent Homecare's work was beyond exemplary. I don't know how I can possibly express adequately how utterly, completely, brilliant they were throughout this period. They treated my dad with dignity, respect, compassion, patience, understanding, kindness, and love. They could make him smile and laugh, even in the darkest of times. They were absolutely reliable, and my dad and I trusted them completely. Without them my dad would not have been able to remain in his own home, his quality of life would have been greatly diminished, and his passing would not have been as peaceful and comfortable as it was. Their staff became dear friends, to both my dad and me. My admiration for their skill and commitment, and my gratitude to them, is deeply heartfelt and impossible to convey adequately. I cannot recommend Crescent Homecare strongly enough.

Crescent Homecare cared for my father for the past three years. They provided an outstanding service and always treated my father with dignity & respect. All the girls were kind, caring and always went above and beyond, we couldn't have wished for better care than we had. If anyone is looking for care for themselves or a loved one this company is highly recommended. Thank you Crescent Homecare.

I cannot recommend Crescent enough to look after and care for a loved one.

When I came home, I was totally bed bound and in a lot of pain from a broken hip. The staff were as gentle as possible under the circumstances and did their best to ensure the least possible pain while they were attending to me, and that I was as comfortable as I could be. I have found all the staff are pleasant and cheerful in all circumstances and generally punctual. Overall, I feel I have been treated with dignity and respect at all times and am very pleased with the service I am receiving.

A particular staff & the care team were fabulous. Always looking to go the extra mile & performing duties on time. They were always kindly engaged with my mum, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs them during (often) difficult times.

The team at Crescent have supported my Dad for many years until he went into residential care home at 96.

They were always understanding , responsive and constantly adapted to his needs. We were very lucky to have just 2 regular carers who covered his support across the week so had consistency and continuity.

Having access to their app meant I could read a daily report on how he was - so important as I do not live locally.

I have no hesitation in recommending their services for professionalism and value for money.

We have no complaints whatsoever regarding Crescent Homecare. The carers are lovely!

Cannot thank Crescent Homecare enough for the work they do. The carers are fantastic, and the management team too. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We don't have what we'd do without them.

Can't recommend Crescent Homecare enough, best care company around! My nana has had the carers for about 3 years and we have been overjoyed with their service. The girls that looked after my nana were nothing short of amazing! I will be forever grateful for the care and compassion they showed her over the years. Having carers was something we were initially apprehensive about and so was she. Meeting the girls soon put our minds at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always chatty and smiling. We got to know the girls well as a family. My nana absolutely loved them all and really looked forward to their visits. Unfortunately, my nana passed away in January and was looked after by the carers, right up until she went into hospital. As a family, we can't thank them enough for their support over the years. We will continue to recommend Crescent Homecare to anyone looking for a care company.

On occasion, Crescent Homecare carers went above and beyond their scheduled service, even staying overnight to take care of her, and for this I am very grateful.

My dad has been having care from Crescent Homecare for 2 years now. Without their excellent care, he would not be still living in his own home. All carers are good, some are exceptional. They all do more than I initially expected. After he has a shower, they put the washing in. I do his main shopping but they pop for bread and milk. If he unexpectedly runs out of medication, they phone the doctors. If he needs the nurse to come, they call them. The office cancel visits if I request it (with 24 hours notice). I get a weekly email telling us which carers are coming and what time. Friends who use other agencies tell me this is unusual. Senior staff have advised me and supported me in getting things dad needed, like a hospital bed. Without them, I would have not known how to get one. All in all, excellent.

My mum has had care from Crescent Homcare for about two years. She has dementia but wants to live at home so we all agreed to four visits a week to ensure she eats. The other three she has other care input. Also Mum needed an assisted bath once a week. What I love about the company is that if we need to change the care plan it's done immediately. One week my mum wants this to eat then she doesn't and one week she wants her bedding changed and then she changes her mind. The home care works around Mum's needs only. Also, I can read daily (which I do) the carer's notes online which is so reassuring. All in all, I would recommend.

Crescent Homecare looked after Mum for the last twelve months of her life and I cannot praise their care enough. All staff were friendly and Mum loved having them. They didn't dictate to her and always asked what she wanted. They kept me informed at all times if there were any problems and were quick to respond if her health deteriorated. She was treated with the greatest respect and dignity at all times. I cannot recommend this company and their carers enough and I thank them all for everything they did for my mum, it was greatly appreciated.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the standard of care and attention I received from Crescent Homecae carers. They were very kind, caring and nothing was a trouble to them. They were prepared and did go the extra mile. Thank you, to them all.

Crescent Homecare have looked after my grandad for a few years now the care and compassion are outstanding, the care provided is excellent. All staff are very friendly and treat him with the upmost respect and dignity would highly recommend this company.

The experiences I have had have all been positive, if I have had any problems they have been dealt with them swiftly and efficiently and always tried to accommodate if things needed to be changed. The staff are excellent and very friendly, also very trustworthy. The care is brilliant and I am always treated with dignity.
