Crescent Homecare Ltd provided an excellent service, following Mum's brief time in a care home. All of the carers looked after Mum really well, carrying out tasks efficiently with kindness and sensitivity. The management team also visited and made sure that Mum was being looked after properly and that we were completely satisfied with the service. Very easy to contact by phone or email and the response to any questions was immediate. Excellent!

The carers at Crescent Homecare are always really kind to my parents, treating them with dignity and respect while helping them to wash and dress and nothing is a bother to them. My husband has a package of care at home provided by the team at Crescent. They have a team of experienced carers, who are dedicated to the work they do and do it with empathy and skill. The team allocated to my husband's care, give him independence, dignity and a high level of care tailored to his complex medical needs. He is treated with respect, as an individual. The organisation is well run, with a lot of emphases placed on ensuring that staff are suitably trained, systems around medication are detailed and carefully followed, and that thorough care plans are in place. The management team is very hands-on and stays involved in the detail of the work their staff are doing. The staff are professional, friendly and reliable. Finding this service through local health care was life-changing for us. I would happily recommend this company.

Crescent Homecare cared for both my Dad and Grandad when they were both in need last year before they passed. It was a very difficult time and they supported my Dad and Grandad with patience, humour and dignity throughout. The staff treated my gran with respect. They cared and looked after her if they hadn't been there my gran would not have managed to stay at home which was the only option for her. They cared for her with decency and respect she loved them dearly, they were and are family, they kept her going for the last 5 yrs and I personally couldn't have asked for a better group of people to be coming to help her with meals and make sure she was safe and comfortable. They really are the best people. I will be forever grateful for their time and help. The managers were always there to help support us and the staff always went above and beyond for her.
