After a lengthy stay in hospital recovering from a series of life-changing injuries, the service that Crescent Homecare has provided has been first-class. Always professional, punctual and supportive with nothing too much trouble, the whole team have been a fantastic help from day one and has helped us massively to adapt to my change in circumstances. We have used this service for years now, for my brother with a learning disability. Crescent Homecare help him to access the community and always make sure that he is able to make appropriate informed choices regarding his choice of activity.

My husband needed care for the two months before his death in February 2023. I chose Crescent Homecare of Langlet Park for its friendly, unpretentious response to my enquiries, unlike the more slick business style manner of other companies. The staff who came to look after him were good timekeepers and were, without exception, kind and competent. They were friendly but not familiar and respected and remembered our preferences.
I would not hesitate to recommend Crescent to anyone in the district requiring care.

My grandma was protected and safe and to me, that was all that mattered the most.
The management team was very informative about any changes. I truly believe that this company specialises in the care of its service users. I trusted them with my whole heart in taking care of my grandma.

After a long battle trying to find a care company that thrives on the word CARE, we finally feel we have found a company who cares unconditionally about my gran. Words can not describe how much we appreciate all the love and support, from that very first visit from the assistant manager, to now. Crescent Homecare has made a dramatic change in my gran’s life and ours as a family. The girls who care for Gran are amazing with her, and so loving towards her. The level of care and compassion your care staff have and show is outstanding, all of the girls who care for Gran show a level of love we have always wanted for Gran. Nothing is too much for them, they go above and beyond daily and it does not go unnoticed. I would like to thank all of the staff who care for Gran.

Initially, we employed Crescent Homecare to ensure my mum took her Alzheimer's medication and this worked well for three months. Unfortunately, Mum's health took a dramatic turn for the worse in May. The carers found her on the floor twice and stayed as long as required to get her up safely, got her the assistance required and kept me updated throughout as I did not live nearby. Once Mum returned from hospital her needs had changed significantly and she required four visits a day with personal care, which quickly escalated to two carers each visit. Throughout this process, the company and carers were extremely accommodating to the changing circumstances. During this time they were also extremely helpful and supportive to me as I was struggling emotionally with my mum's sudden terminal diagnosis. I was so grateful for their kindness and support at a very tough time.
I would thoroughly recommend this company.

My husband has a package of care at home provided by the team at Crescent. They have a team of experienced carers, who are dedicated to the work they do and do it with empathy and skill. The team allocated to my husband's care, give him independence, dignity and a high level of care tailored to his complex medical needs. He is treated with respect, as an individual. The organisation is well run, with a lot of emphases placed on ensuring that staff are suitably trained, systems around medication are detailed and carefully followed, and that thorough care plans are in place. The management team is very hands-on and stays involved in the detail of the work their staff are doing. The staff are professional, friendly and reliable. Finding this service through local health care was life-changing for us. I would happily recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Crescent Homecare enough, they cared for my mam for approximately 3 months, Mam felt so comfortable and happy with the carers who looked after her. When Mam became ill with Covid, they just couldn’t do enough for her, they gave great support to the family as well as Mam. The care which was given was of a high standard, the carers were very professional and adhered to all Covid regulations. She was treated like she was one of their own family members.
I would like to thank everyone who was involved with Mam's care, it was second to none. My family would like to express their gratitude to you all for the care you gave our mam during a very difficult time.

They cared for her with decency and respect she loved them dearly, they were and are family, they kept her going for the last 5 yrs and I personally couldn't have asked for a better group of people to be coming to help her with meals and make sure she was safe and comfortable. They really are the best people. I will be forever grateful for their time and help. The managers were always there to help support us and the staff always went above and beyond for her.

As a business owner myself, any company that goes above and beyond the call of duty, has my vote. Crescent care really did care about my father and gave the whole family peace of mind, knowing he was in such good hands. Carers were exceptional, flawless, so kind, top-notch, all of the girls were lovely, and we even had one lady that would sing to my dad. In 8-months, we had one issue with one carer, and it was resolved swiftly and professionally. My father was born and passed away in the same village at 87, all the girls had local knowledge, which is important to the elderly.
Anyone looking for a local company for their loved ones, I would not hesitate to recommend Crescent care.

I have had carers visiting my mother four times a day due to recent hospital admission. Every carer who visits has been on time, polite, very caring and gave my mum choices with all her meals, and nothing is too much for them.
I have regular communication with managers and office staff and are always extremely helpful if we require any changes to Mum's care. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend Crescent Homecare to other families who require care for loved ones.
