We chose Essential Care Solutions to help us to care for our dear elderly friend. At our first meeting the manager displayed a comprehensive understanding of his needs and was able to put into place the care that we needed at very short notice. She was passionate with regard to the details of his routine and preferences and supported him to enable him to keep his independence for as long as possible. She was always there for us all during the last period of his life. Thank you.

Her nursing background was invaluable during the final weeks of his life. Our friend was treated with dignity, humility and respect. As a result of the care, he was able to die at home and for us to fulfil his wishes. Sincerely thank you we are so lucky you came into our lives just when we needed you most.

The Essential Care Solutions service is flexible and responsive. Changes to requirements are met, often at short notice. We use Essential Care Solutions for short (2-3 hours) periods of companionship and cultural and language difficulties can sometimes lead to awkward silences, particularly with first-time carers. However, the Essential Care Solutions carers are invariably cheerful, polite and smart and go out of their way to engage with my wife despite the difficulties of her mild dementia.

I cannot thank the manager and her team enough for the kind and compassionate care they have provided for my stepmother. We have needed 24-hour care. The manager stepped in to support us with a challenging discharge from hospital and allowed my stepmother to settle back home at a time when she did not recognise her environment. The manager has been fantastic in responding to any queries and emergencies, going above and beyond when we had a crisis. I cannot speak highly enough of the service Essential Care Solutions has given my stepmother.

After a bad experience with a previous care provider I was worried whether we would find a care provider who was professional, trustworthy and cared passionately for their clients. Essential Care Solutions is an excellent care company. I have been looked after by them for more than 2 months and I have been very impressed by their professionalism, expertise and compassion. This is a very strong team ably managed by a very efficient manager who adopts a hands-on approach and works tirelessly to ensure that the team is well supported and everything goes according to plan. The company richly deserves a 5-star review. My live-in carer is one of the senior members of the team, she supports me at every level, and she assists me with exercises and massages that are vital to facilitate my recovery.

Staff communicate regularly with service user and their close relatives/friends. Staff keep the service user and those concerned updated and inquire about any concerns and wishes with regard to the needed care. Staff are genuinely interested in providing the best care possible. We are very happy with the care provider.

Essential Care Solutions were recommended to me by a friend. The company have provided care day and night for my father, after his return home from hospital in April. The hands-on nurse manager and her team are very caring, efficient, trustworthy and friendly. They are all genuinely interested in Dad's wellbeing and happiness. The carers arrive on time and if they need to stay longer to finish a task, they do so. Daily record keeping is well organised and detailed. I would definitely recommend Essential Care Solutions to others needing professional and friendly care at home.

Our precious mum was at the end of life. She had had a most traumatic time in hospital after a fall and was extremely fragile when we were finally able to bring her home. Been well looked after, Mum is always looking forward to meeting them, they have always looked after Mum's needs very expertly indeed. No job is too big or too small for them for caring for Mum.

Our father had help with washing and dressing which the company provided on time and with great care - I was very grateful for their expertise - they were brilliant! Our father enjoyed their visits - they were kind and friendly.

First-class service, compassion and care provided by the team. The level of expertise was very good, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very helpful to the family with discussions which were outside their remit.

We were having difficulties with mom from not eating to not taking tablets. She no longer wanted to come and visit us. We engaged Essential Care Solutions and whose carers' mother took to immediately. They came 3 times a day to help mom get up and wash/shower dress, prepare meals, chat to her etc. She became much happier, eating better talking more and even taking her tablets. Then disaster from our point of view the company was struggling to find carers and were thinking of stopping. However they managed to keep mom going and things picked up again, and we were thinking that mom needed another visit in the evenings to ensure she got to bed, unfortunately, mom fell and broke her hip in November, and after a long while in hospital is now in a nursing home for how long I do not know, but if I need to engage any help for her or anyone else I would go straight to Essential Care Solutions, they are very nice, and helpful people.

Does more than enough to help all the family.

The manager and her team are outstanding. The professionalism, respect and kindness shown are 100%. The rapport they all have with the client is more than satisfactory. They treat my nephew as an individual and respect his choices on a daily basis, are committed and full of energy but also courteous to his situation. They are more than a care company; they feel like extended family. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Essential Care Solutions. The team are so friendly and the care is outstanding. My wife was so stressed as we had been trying to find a care company that could cater for our son as he has quite complex needs and it was proving difficult as he requires 2 x carers 3 x per day. Essential Care Solutions have been fantastic and took all the worry and stress away from my wife they have also built such a good repour with our son and that makes all the difference, he is treated with dignity and respect which was very important to us.
