What can I say about this team? They really are extraordinary. All staff are not only kind, warm and wonderful people but they are absolutely fantastic at what they do. What can I say about this team? They really are extraordinary. All staff are not only kind, warm and wonderful people but they are absolutely fantastic at what they do. My brother receives the most outstanding care and without them, we would be lost. I honestly do not have one complaint. The team go above and beyond in their roles and no corners are cut short. They have formed a lovely relationship with my brother and all of us as a family. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for carers to contact this team - you won't be disappointed!

Our 38-year-old son came home from a neuro centre in December 2021 after suffering a life-changing stroke in 2019, leaving him disabled and with a severe brain injury. After several different care providers, we luckily found Essential Care Solutions. It was an instant relief, and all the stress and worry were lifted from our minds. Essential Care Solutions are very professional, punctual and kind, and the care is outstanding - nothing is too much trouble, and they are very informative too. We feel blessed that we have such an amazing team looking after our son, so if you are looking for high-quality care for a loved one, we would highly recommend Essential Care Solutions.

Employed this company to help me care for my mum who is ninety-one after she had a hip operation and several complications. I had a family wedding to attend and left her with this company overnight for two nights. This was the first time I’d left my mother in twenty years.
