As a family we have been happily surprised at the level of care provided by Everycare. Due to negative experiences with other providers.
The carers from Everycare are great with mum and engage with her on a personal level, along with completing their tasks. Mum is brighter and eating so much better
it is lovely to see the improvement in her wellbeing.

The effort that has gone into ensuring the correct care is in place for my aunt by the Everycare Rugby team is outstanding. They have made sure she is comfortable and happy within her own home, which puts our mind at ease. Honestly if I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Everycare have been fantastic in helping us care for Mum and Dad the past few months. Especially when they have recently gone through a really rough patch of emergency hospital stay amd recovery. Mum has dementia and is not the easiest at times and yet they have treated her with care, compassion and
respect. They have also been sympathetic to my father's plight when feeling under the weather whilst recovering from his operation.
They have adapted their care very flexibly whilst routines have changed very quickly. We would not have managed to keep our parents so well looked after on our own.
The company have really gone above and beyond for us and small gestures like buying bread when Dad ran out are extremely appreciated.
Mum and Dad are on the route to permanent care but we are confident Everycare will support them and us every step of the way. A massive plus is how contactable they are and they do not hesitate to contact us if something is wrong. Your loved ones are in safe hands

Our family are all really happy with your carers, their kindness, professionalism, punctuality and dedication. Amazing service.
The whole service from first contact to the continuing care has been exemplary.
The rota published each week telling us what time and who (with photo) will be coming to
provide care is a great touch.

Amazing service. Many years ago we needed care urgently for dad as he deteriorated rapidly and Everycare came to our rescue. I'd recommend Everycare to everyone.

When I was advised by Social Services that I needed help with looking after my husband at home they sent me a list of providers in Warwickshire. I looked for a local company in Rugby 'on line' it was a Sunday morning and I found Everycare who had an excellent review by one of their service users. As
it was Sunday morning I sent an email via their website asking what help they could offer. To my surprise I got an immediate response by telephone from the manager and from that moment on I had no reservations as to making arrangements for them to provide their services.
Everycare have been giving an excellent service from the very beginning of setting up a Care Plan to all of their carers who have given day to day care for my husband. They are always on time and altogether are a wonderful team and one I could not have have possibly managed without.

What a gem of a find! When my dad came out of hospital and respite, we needed a care company that could adapt to our family requirements and a quick set up. The Manager came and did an assessment and within days, it was in place.
We all signed up to the App that tells us who is coming and the time,
and what tasks are required. The carers complete a log and summary of what has happened on that visit. My dad absolutely loves all the carers and I think they all love him back. They are kind and compassionate and will sit and chat if all tasks have been done! Thank you all for allowing the family to feel well assured that dad is being cared for and looked after.

We have nothing but good observations, and experiences with all of the Everycare (Rugby and Warwickshire) team. We were completely in the dark when dad aged 91 who had lived completely independently, until December '24, was taken seriously ill and hospitalised for about 10 days. When we started to
arrange for him to come home it was clear to us all that he would need help with personal care, meals and medication both morning and evening. We contacted Everycare, who assessed his home for its suitability for him to manage, and dad for his abilities and capabilities. The staff carried out these tasks in a very personable and sympathetic manner.


Once dad was home and the care visits began we found all of the staff to be professional, personable, adaptable and very nice people. We're particularly impressed how the staff, who are all female, dealt with dad in the shower, respecting his privacy yet, helping with his hygiene needs. We can't recommend Everycare highly enough. Brilliant team.

Everycare were particularly attentive and professional - in every respect. Phone calls were always returned in a timely fashion. They communicated clearly about available care options and ideas. We really could not have asked for more. A heartfelt thanks to the team.

The whole team of management, supervisors to carers have been brilliant in every way. My mother has benefited from the care and concern. Regular contact via phone and email with myself and my brother. The care platform used gives detailed information about visits etc.

The carers provided by the company have been consistent allowing my mother to become familiar and comfortable with the carers. The carers are friendly, supportive, on time and diligent with the care provision. The management has been attentive and reviews the care needs monthly and welcomes suggestions
from the client's family members. We are happy with the service provided.

I have always found Everycare to be professional, friendly and efficient in all communication, whether by phone or email. They have gone above and beyond to extend our original care package as our situation has changed. Promises are always kept and we cannot fault their care, communication and professionalism

My family are very pleased with the carers that visit our parents. Our parents enjoy the visits, seeing someone to chat with who isn't family is good for them. The app helps us to let Mum and Dad know who is visiting which they find helpful.

We have been employing Everycare Rugby & Warwickshire for over 3 years now to look after my mother. They came recommended by a neighbour's daughter. The care manager has been responsive and flexible concerning my mother's changing needs from mainly food and meds initially to more personal care of late.
Useful suggestions have been made and there appears to be an effective monitoring regime. The carers have electronic instructions concerning tasks and medicine provision which they appear to strictly observe. The current batch of carers are lovely ladies (some have been coming for the full three years). My mother enjoys their visits and is happy in their company and they all (in their different ways) appear to genuinely care about her well-being. Obviously they have different personalities but they all show humour and compassion and are efficient in the tasks they do. They chat with her about lots of different things and make her day more interesting. They also kindly ask how I am.
