I have a PA and when she takes annual leave I contact Everycare, for my care. From the moment you contact them you know you are in safe hands, taking your dates and requirements. I have used Everycare for 12 years which proves how good a service they provide. I am paraplegic and require a morning and evening call. It's always nice to see a familiar face and 90% of the time you do get the same carer, but on the odd occasion that you don't you can guarantee you will receive someone just as professional.
I require help in showering and dressing and I never feel uncomfortable with their staff. They can never do enough, always asking if there is anything else that I require. They are happy to chat with you as they work and don't make you feel as if you are being rushed. It's nice to be treated like a human being and they really do care. Everycare is a perfect name. Thank you.

I first met with Everycare in Feb 2017 when my father-in-law's health was deteriorating and he was no longer able to prepare meals for himself. He was very reluctant to accept help as he wanted to remain independent. Everycare focused on him as a person, treating him with respect and ensuring that he made all the decisions. They also ensured that he had the same carer for the majority of the visits and this worked very well. He was soon enjoying his favourite food again, cooked breakfasts, and evening meals cooked from scratch. Every time he struggled with another task, Everycare would take care of it - from small tasks to personal care and taking care of the washing. When we needed to introduce a lunch time call, this was arranged for the next day.
I cannot praise the team at Everycare highly enough, they were professional and responsive, kind and caring. My father-in-law was comfortable with all the staff and accepted their help, lifting a lot of worry from our shoulders.

I have used Everycare Rugby as the service provider for my 97-year-old mother for several years now.
She has Alzheimer's and requires 4 visits a day.
The carers are extremely considerate and my mother recognises her "helpers", as she calls them, and looks forward to their visits.
I could not wish for a better service provider.

After a really bad time with a private carer, I found Everycare. From day 1 a couple of years ago they have bene very helpful in looking after my daughter who suffers from Aspergers Syndrome. They communicate regularly and even when I have asked for special circumstances for my daughter at short notice, they have always performed to a high quality, responding quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the excellent care offered to our mother over a period of 2 and a half years. Mother was left severely physically disabled after a stroke and she also lost her speech. The team were very caring and compassionate and mother always seemed pleased to see them. She did not suffer a single pressure sore despite being virtually bed bound. They also learned to communicate with her. The care team were very kind to our father, showing both him and mother respect and dignity. They eventually cared for my father too.
