Everycare provide an excellent service. My mum has a regular group of carers who are kind, attentive, and know her well. Their timekeeping is efficient, they record useful notes for every visit and often go 'above and beyond' expectations. The management team are professional, willing to accommodate
any necessary changes to care plans and regularly review the service they offer. I am so pleased that I found a company with such high standards of care, who Mum regards as friends.

Everycare has been visiting my mum at teatime for a few months now, when I first arranged for someone to visit Mum she was very unsure about it but as she got to know the carers she now really looks forward to their daily visit and greets them at the door. They chat to Mum about her day and family and
encourage Mum to engage with them in conversation and meal choices.
Mum likes the carer to watch some of the quiz programmes on the television with her so she can try and answer more questions than they can!

Everycare looked after my dad for nearly 4 years following his stroke in 2019. He has recently had to move into a care home. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with all the carers who went into his home. It was a very stressful period following his stroke and I was so lucky to have found Everycare.
It meant I had total peace of mind knowing that all his needs were being met. I was also extremely grateful for the good communication between myself and the management at all times. With the help of everyone in Everycare, I was able to keep my dad in his own home for as long as was possible which is something I will always be grateful for.

I cannot praise this care company high enough, the owners, management and carers are all super. I was extremely grateful that they added mum to their client rota within a few days of contacting them. Both my aged parents who are usually very independent people) have found contact with everyone in the

All the carers are very pleasant and genuinely want to do the best they can for me.
The weekly rota, sent out in advance, is extremely useful. Communication with the manager has been very good. It is very important to me that the carers appreciate the constant pain that I live with, hence they need

Attentive and caring at all times. We get great service and the carers genuinely seem to love mum and mum really loves the carers. They have a lovely time together. We get regular contact, reports, and updates, and couldn't wish for more help and support.

I have had great service from Everycare Rugby from when they pulled all the stops out so that I could get home from hospital to providing ongoing home care twice a day for the last six months. The staff are always cheerful and good conversationalists and keep me cheerful.

I was allocated to this care agency a long time ago and have been very happy with them. I have a lot of medical appointments which demand flexibility and they do their best to keep up with all the changes and ensure coordinated care. Carers are good at learning complex medical and dietary needs too.
Easy to speak to the office and calls are on time from rota.

Everycare, the care company my father is with, is excellent as I used the company for my mother-in-law for eight years or more.
It's a small private company, but the care and standard is to our expectation and also willing to listen and help if any concerns. Having regular carers is very important
for clients and family members.
Timekeeping is very good too, may have a fifteen minutes lea way, either way, which is acceptable.
Full respect is given to my father, mother and all family members which is what we all want.
The client and carer relationship is very important.
Also, carers become your family and that is special as you feel very comfortable and secure having them in your home without any worries or concerns.

Excellent service provider.
Always arrives on time and nothing too much trouble. Mum enjoys their company during visits too and she couldn't manage without their support.
I would highly recommend Everycare homecare services. Always available on the phone to discuss any queries or questions.

I have been a client/service user of Everycare since 2009 when they initially provided holiday cover for my PA. For the last 12 months, they have become my full-time care provider. I have increased my care to now include domestic duties and social activities. During my time with them, I have had nothing
but wonderful service from their polite friendly staff. All of the staff wear company uniforms and are totally professional. Always wearing PPE (masks, gloves, aprons, etc) and knowing how to deal with my needs. It's always nice to see a smiling face at the start and end of the day. Communicating is easy with a number that takes you to a member of staff, including on-call outside office hours. Thank you for providing a great service.

Very punctual, usually the same carers. My only concern is that we have had no shadow shifts which I find unusual as not only is it unsettling for me as I have to go over everything that's required, I also think it's not fair for the staff when they don't know the client.

Excellent service received from start to finish, would highly recommend Everycare.
At extremely short notice (starting the next day) a care package was put together by the team to administer eye drops four times a day for my Mother after a cataract operation. Everyone who visited my Mother was so
