I have had great service from Everycare Rugby from when they pulled all the stops out so that I could get home from hospital to providing ongoing home care twice a day for the last six months. The staff are always cheerful and good conversationalists and keep me cheerful.

I was allocated to this care agency a long time ago and have been very happy with them. I have a lot of medical appointments which demand flexibility and they do their best to keep up with all the changes and ensure coordinated care. Carers are good at learning complex medical and dietary needs too.
Easy to speak to the office and calls are on time from rota.

Everycare, the care company my father is with, is excellent as I used the company for my mother-in-law for eight years or more.
It's a small private company, but the care and standard is to our expectation and also willing to listen and help if any concerns. Having regular carers is very important
for clients and family members.
Timekeeping is very good too, may have a fifteen minutes lea way, either way, which is acceptable.
Full respect is given to my father, mother and all family members which is what we all want.
The client and carer relationship is very important.
Also, carers become your family and that is special as you feel very comfortable and secure having them in your home without any worries or concerns.

Excellent service provider.
Always arrives on time and nothing too much trouble. Mum enjoys their company during visits too and she couldn't manage without their support.
I would highly recommend Everycare homecare services. Always available on the phone to discuss any queries or questions.

I have been a client/service user of Everycare since 2009 when they initially provided holiday cover for my PA. For the last 12 months, they have become my full-time care provider. I have increased my care to now include domestic duties and social activities. During my time with them, I have had nothing
but wonderful service from their polite friendly staff. All of the staff wear company uniforms and are totally professional. Always wearing PPE (masks, gloves, aprons, etc) and knowing how to deal with my needs. It's always nice to see a smiling face at the start and end of the day. Communicating is easy with a number that takes you to a member of staff, including on-call outside office hours. Thank you for providing a great service.

Very punctual, usually the same carers. My only concern is that we have had no shadow shifts which I find unusual as not only is it unsettling for me as I have to go over everything that's required, I also think it's not fair for the staff when they don't know the client.

Thank you for your feedback. I believe we discussed the issue you have with staff shadowing last week during our review, as it is not usual for experienced care staff to shadow on a visit. On the rare occasion you have received a different carer due to sickness or holiday, the staff member has been fully updated about the call and your husband's care needs prior to visiting. As a company, we never send staff in blind to any visit. All staff are very experienced and well trained in the delivery of care. Thank you for taking time to review us.

Excellent service received from start to finish, would highly recommend Everycare.
At extremely short notice (starting the next day) a care package was put together by the team to administer eye drops four times a day for my Mother after a cataract operation. Everyone who visited my Mother was so
friendly, efficient and caring. My Mother will miss the visits. Thank you again Everycare for providing a superb service, very much appreciated.

I first met with Everycare in Feb 2017 when my father-in-law's health was deteriorating and he was no longer able to prepare meals for himself. He was very reluctant to accept help as he wanted to remain independent. Everycare focused on him as a person, treating him with respect and ensuring that
he made all the decisions. They also ensured that he had the same carer for the majority of the visits and this worked very well. He was soon enjoying his favourite food again, cooked breakfasts, and evening meals cooked from scratch. Every time he struggled with another task, Everycare would take care of it - from small tasks to personal care and taking care of the washing. When we needed to introduce a lunch time call, this was arranged for the next day.
I cannot praise the team at Everycare highly enough, they were professional and responsive, kind and caring. My father-in-law was comfortable with all the staff and accepted their help, lifting a lot of worry from our shoulders.
