Staff always arrive on time, are pleasant, always willing to help. Carers are confident in their work, which passes confidence to us.
The management is always helpful. The carers always undertake the tasks I request and ask if there are any other things I would like done.
Very punctual, usually the same carers. My only concern is that we have had no shadow shifts which I find unusual as not only is it unsettling for me as I have to go over everything that's required, I also think it's not fair for the staff when they don't know the client.

At extremely short notice (starting the next day) a care package was put together by the team to administer eye drops four times a day for my Mother after a cataract operation. Everyone who visited my Mother was so friendly, efficient and caring. My Mother will miss the visits. Thank you again Everycare for providing a superb service, very much appreciated.

We were very pleased with the excellent care offered to our mother over a period of 2 and a half years. Mother was left severely physically disabled after a stroke and she also lost her speech. The team were very caring and compassionate and mother always seemed pleased to see them. She did not suffer a single pressure sore despite being virtually bed bound. They also learned to communicate with her. The care team were very kind to our father, showing both him and mother respect and dignity. They eventually cared for my father too.

My name is Stephanie, and I am the new Registered Manager at Everycare Rugby & Warwickshire, with over 16 years of experience in the health and social care sector, the majority of which has been spent in domiciliary care. I have been a Registered Manager for more than three years, gaining extensive knowledge of service operations, compliance, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Since joining Everycare in May 2026, I have been committed to supporting our team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients across Rugby and Warwickshire.
