Excellent, compassionate and dependable care: Everycare cared for my mum, who has advanced vascular dementia and significant frailty, and we were extremely happy with the service provided. Communication was excellent from the outset. They developed an open, detailed care plan with the family and adapted it as Mum's needs changed. We particularly valued the continuity of care, with a small group of regular carers whom Mum came to know and trust. The carers were kind, friendly, patient and compassionate. They treated Mum with dignity and respect, while also providing companionship and valuable human contact. The family portal gave us access to care visits, activities and logs, which provided reassurance and transparency. We had no incidents requiring complaint or escalation. We felt the service offered excellent value for the quality of care provided.
We only stopped using Everycare because Mum now requires 24-hour care and is moving into a residential care home.

I have been a client of Everycare for over 15 years. My condition means that I am a permanent wheelchair user and have calls morning and night. It is always nice to see a friendly cheerful face when they arrive for my call, but it's not just about my personal care. Everycare also help me live independently by assisting me to go to garden centres, shows, music concerts and even simple things like a trip to my barbers or putting my Christmas tree up. Everycare are not only a care company but also a caring company and I would highly recommend.

Earlier this year we were thrown into a bit of a crisis situation with my octogenarian parents. Mum was in hospital and Dad was really struggling. We approached Everycare in Rugby for urgent support, not knowing if we would need them long-term, short term or simply as respite care. Within two days of contacting them we had an assessment visit and within two days of that the care started. We were astonished but so very very grateful that provision could be put in place so quickly and that someone would be calling in to make sure dad was ok. Being able to monitor that remotely through their portal was really assuring and easily accessed.
The whole process felt as you would want it to - attentive, with a detailed approach. I know that Kez, the manager at Everycare is aware of how grateful we are to him and his team in our 'hour of need'. I have nothing but praise for him and his staff.

After reading other reviews and opinions on social media, I settled on Everycare Rugby. The care is for my aunt who is not the easiest person in the world to deal with as she's very particular. After a meeting with Kez, I felt certain that I'd picked the right company as he made me feel very reassured. The care was easy to organise and has now been in place for a few days. The ladies that have been visiting my aunt have been absolutely wonderful. They have been extremely respectful and have worked really well with her little idiosyncrasy's. They have quickly found common ground to chat about and one has even prompted her to play her piano!! That almost brought tears to my eyes as she hasn't played much for ages.
I can highly recommend this company, even the staff appear to stay with the firm for many years which can only be a good thing.

Once care for my Mum began, plans were adjusted to accommodate additional points of concern for Mum without delay. Each and every carer, the Manager and Director have become familiar with all aspects of Mums requirements and are so caring and responsive for each area of care. Mum (& our family) really appreciate Everycare's positivity and engagement with Mum. Mum's quality of life has improved since Everycare's contract began.

Everycare have been fantastic in helping us care for Mum and Dad the past few months. Especially when they have recently gone through a really rough patch of emergency hospital stay amd recovery. Mum has dementia and is not the easiest at times and yet they have treated her with care, compassion and respect. They have also been sympathetic to my father's plight when feeling under the weather whilst recovering from his operation. They have adapted their care very flexibly whilst routines have changed very quickly. We would not have managed to keep our parents so well looked after on our own. The company have really gone above and beyond for us and small gestures like buying bread when Dad ran out are extremely appreciated.
Mum and Dad are on the route to permanent care but we are confident Everycare will support them and us every step of the way. A massive plus is how contactable they are and they do not hesitate to contact us if something is wrong. Your loved ones are in safe hands
