All mt carers were very considerate, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and on time. I would definitely recommend this company.

From day one, in preparation for care beginning in Aug ' 25, Everycare showed such empathy, care and attention to detail. Once care for my Mum began, plans were adjusted to accommodate additional points of concern for Mum without delay. Each and every carer, the Manager and Director have become familiar with all aspects of Mums requirements and are so caring and responsive for each area of care. Mum (& our family) really appreciate Everycare's positivity and engagement with Mum. Mum's quality of life has improved since Everycare's contract began.

And willing to adpat to tasks as needed. When crisis moments have happened, the Everycare managment has been quick to communicate and to problem-solve. Highly reccommend.

A wonderful and dependable service provided by a team of professionals. We've had a fantastic experience with the whole team who support my mum with her morning routine. From the very beginning they have been incredibly efficient, reliable, and professional. The carers arrive on time, are well organised, and make sure everything is done properly while still taking the time to treat my mum with kindness, dignity, and genuine warmth.

Communication from the company has been excellent throughout. They keep us informed, respond quickly to any questions, and it's always reassuring to know that my mum is in such capable hands.

I have been more than happy with the care we have received as a family for my mum. It far surpasses the previous carers we employed. Mums needs have continued to become more complex. The staff attending mum are kind, considerate, caring and polite towards her. Going the extra mile and being very supportive to the family in general.

Amazing service. Many years ago we needed care urgently for dad as he deteriorated rapidly and Everycare came to our rescue. I'd recommend Everycare to everyone.

Everycare have been giving an excellent service from the very beginning of setting up a Care Plan to all of their carers who have given day to day care for my husband. They are always on time and altogether are a wonderful team and one I could not have have possibly managed without.

We all signed up to the App that tells us who is coming and the time, and what tasks are required. The carers complete a log and summary of what has happened on that visit. My dad absolutely loves all the carers and I think they all love him back. They are kind and compassionate and will sit and chat if all tasks have been done! Thank you all for allowing the family to feel well assured that dad is being cared for and looked after.
