Although it took time for mum to accept the care givers, they were always very patient and caring. She formed strong bonds with several of them and it became an essential service in terms of providing company when she was isolated and a long way from family. It gave us, as a family, peace of mind to know she had caring people looking after her. They went beyond the remit of the agreement at times taking her to appointments and collection prescriptions as required. Thank you to the team for looking after our mum so well for so many years.

The carers played a very important additional part in a larger team of healthcare professionals to support the family's wishes for the care we wanted to achieve for my aunt. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The ladies visiting my grandmother have been coming 3 nights a week for the last few months to give her dinner and some companionship. They have fitted right into her routine straight away and have made her feel so comfortable with them. It's also made us as a family feel secure that she is being taken care of and getting some stimulation, as well as a good meal and being reminded to stay hydrated! We can't thank them enough, every person I have spoken to at that company is pleasant and happy to help.

I detailed what I felt were the needs of my husband and these needs were adhered to in every aspect. The carers were professional, kind, courteous, friendly and respectful. The office staff were always helpful and kind.

Excellent service all round. My father age 97 was very happy to see all the carers. They were timely, efficient and compassionate. We would recommend Home Instead to anyone needing care calls for their loved ones.

The whole family are very grateful to the Home Instead team for their kindness and the way in which they helped and cared for my father-in-law. You have to pay for the best, and these are the best. Each person went beyond anything other caring companies offered. They allowed my friend to live the last six months of her life in comfort, at home, surrounded by people who she thought of as friends! Their care also meant that her family, neighbours and friends were less anxious as we knew they were 100% reliable. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

I am the elderly father of an adult son who has mental health and physical disabilities. Home Instead were recommended to us by his social worker some 18 months ago when I was trying to help him with a move. He wanted to make back towards some independent living in his own home supported by carers rather than going into supported accommodation. Home Instead have provided an excellent service to that end with care visits that are long enough and by a regular team of carers for him to build up a good professional relationship with them. They have played a significant part in thus far successfully managing the move. They are approachable and flexible with regard to any need to vary the arrangements. This has been a great reassurance to my son and indeed to myself with the knowledge that after my day there will be in place a structured satisfactory care package to support him.

I consulted dad when doing this - he's very happy with his carers. He says the management doesn't always let him know if changes happen (ie being late) He thinks it's too expensive, I have the opposite opinion (it's worth every penny) I couldn't do it! Many thanks to all.

3) I consider them value for money.

All the staff are very helpful and caring. It is regular caregivers who visit my Mum which is especially important as she has memory problems and is not able to direct them. I find it extremely helpful having access to my Mum’s care plan via the app so I know which caregiver is going and how the visit has gone. I would recommend them to others.

Planning care for those you love is difficult but working with the care team from the Home Instead (South Cheshire) continues to be a practical, adaptable and workable experience as is reduces the pressure from family members we collaborate together. The communication between us is faultless. The care is first class and Mum enjoys the company of every visitor from the care team even referring to them as "friends".

From first contact I felt Home Instead genuinely cared about my relative. They were professional and prompt in our dealings and the caregivers who attended were well matched to my relative's requirements and interests. It was a weight off my mind knowing my relative was getting well looked after when I couldn't be there, and it enabled her to continue to live independently in her own home, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Always one time and keep the house clean and tidy for Mum. The staff are pleasant and take time to have a chat.
