Carers and staff are always friendly, courteous and have assisted with dignity. They never rush calls and regularly exceed the allotted hour. Office staff are also friendly and helpful. Any changes to rotas or timings are always communicated in advance, even when at the shortest of notice.

In all communications with the above senior care service, I have received nothing but politeness, friendliness and the willingness to address stressful situations. They have gone above and beyond what I expect and if there was any change in routine I was notified prior to the event and my mother introduced to new carers. As a family, we could not have managed without their support and I will be eternally grateful for their kindness and care.

I would certainly recommend Home Instead Senior Care (Crewe). My mum was very happy with their caregivers.
Always kind, caring and thoughtful.
If my mum hadn't moved to be near my sister in a home we would still be using Home Instead.

I have found Home Instead extremely professional, helpful and caring in all aspects of their service. They have a natural friendly attitude which in this type of service is essential. They also have taken the time to ascertain what interests and topics which are of interest to my mother so that interaction with her is real and genuine. Also, they try to whenever possible have the same carers to visit.

When the manager came to visit mother on 18th December 2017 and to make an assessment she was most astute and absolutely correct in her evaluation of my mother's needs.
I would like to thank her and Home Instead Senior Care Crewe for their sensitive understanding of my mother and her requirements/needs.
In particular, I would like to thank the manager for her gentleness sympathetic approach and wisdom. She inspired confidence and reassurance.

Service very good, both admin and caregivers. Nothing is too much trouble. Treated as a person, not an automaton.
Very compassionate with my mother until she passed. Since then I have been fortunate to have them.

I have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead Senior Care to other potential clients.

No service is perfect but I, and my mother, found the quality of care good. The carers were all satisfactory and some were outstanding. There were some carers with whom my mother formed a particular bond and these were missed when they left the agency. The office staff tried their best and were friendly, though there were occasions when calls were not returned, and occasional structural changes caused confusion. Good value, though latterly the billing was inaccurate and had to be challenged.

We cannot sing everyone's praises enough, from the carers themselves to the office and management team. The care dad received was second to none and he was more than happy with whoever arrived to tend him.
All the team went about and beyond the line of duty and we feel we have new friends, very valued ones.
We will and have already, strongly recommend the agency.
The support to both dad and us as a family was truly exceptional. We will never be able to thank you enough. But from the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

Before working for Home Instead I was a Nursery Nurse for under 5yr olds before spending 10 yrs working in customer services. Both jobs involved caring for others which led me to pursue a career in care for older people along with caring for my mother with my father.
As Home Instead is nationally recognised to offer a high standard of care, I chose to call the recruitment team and before I knew it I was working as a CAREGiver in the community. I really enjoyed this role making a difference to people's lives and shortly after I was offered the role of Field Care Supervisor. This role involves supervising and supporting CAREGivers in the community ensuring a high standard of care is provided whilst valuing and supporting our CAREGivers.
In my spare time, I enjoy time with my husband, father and two grown up boys and not forgetting Vinnie our rescue dog. Vinnie enjoys a walk and loves to talk and tell me off if I have been out too long, some might say he thinks he is a human.
When I am not busy with my family I enjoy socialising with a close circle of friends, visiting the cinema (when I find the time), listening to music and enjoying long and short breaks both here and abroad.
