In a time of need, they went out of their way to help us.

Care was provided for my mother in law who has dementia and very poor eyesight. Meridian Community Care Ltd staff were friendly, helpful and made a significant contribution to making her quality of life the best possible. All duties were performed professionally and to a high standard. The management team were excellent, keeping the family informed of with all issues. I would recommend Meridian Community Care Ltd (Canterbury) to others requiring assistance.

The care team have been very proactive and provided excellent care. My father can be very difficult but the carers have been firm when necessary and he is now much cleaner and his appearance is much improved. The carers have also taken the time to keep his clothes clean and advise me of any items that need replacing. They have also kept his living area and the kitchen tidy and clean, which before they started had been a considerable problem.

Mum managed a bit over eighteen months of additional independence that she’d never have been able to without their help, and for that I’ll be forever grateful.

I could not fault any of the home carers at all, in fact, they made my mum's final months the best they could, they went over and above to ensure all her needs were met. The ladies all were trustworthy, lovely, helpful, knowledgeable and timely. The care coordinator was always helpful and friendly.

I cannot thank Meridian enough and I'd highly recommend them as a company, their carers that worked in Deal are assets to the company.

We have always felt listened to and if there have been any issues things have always been dealt with promptly. Their professional service has allowed my mother to remain independent in her home.
