The care team have been very proactive and provided excellent care. My father can be very difficult but the carers have been firm when necessary and he is now much cleaner and his appearance is much improved. The carers have also taken the time to keep his clothes clean and advise me of any items that
need replacing. They have also kept his living area and the kitchen tidy and clean, which before they started had been a considerable problem.

My mum lived alone in a warden assisted flat, but as her health deteriorated it became clear that she would need more help to remain independent. Meridian were recommended to us, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. Mum’s needs gradually evolved from a simple morning check to make sure she
was OK, to twice daily visits and help with pretty much everything. I found their service, at all times, to be professional, kind and helpful. Crucially, the carers kept me informed of my mum’s condition and helped me negotiate with her each time her care needs increased.
Mum managed a bit over eighteen months of additional independence that she’d never have been able to without their help, and for that I’ll be forever grateful.

I could not fault any of the home carers at all, in fact, they made my mum's final months the best they could, they went over and above to ensure all her needs were met. The ladies all were trustworthy, lovely, helpful, knowledgeable and timely. The care coordinator was always helpful and friendly.

cannot thank Meridian enough and I'd highly recommend them as a company, their carers that worked in Deal are assets to the company.

As a family, we have found Meridian Community Care to be a very reliable service. My mother has been extremely fortunate in her Carers, who have looked after her with care, compassion, dignity and above all with a sense of humour. Not only have they looked after my mother but they have become good friends
and worked in partnership with the family.
We have always felt listened to and if there have been any issues things have always been dealt with promptly. Their professional service has allowed my mother to remain independent in her home.

I have found carers very helpful, punctual and supportive. My husband has not always been cooperative but all his carers managed to cope with him cheerfully.
All carers came to work appropriately dressed and had a very businesslike, though friendly air.
A very good service all round.

Meridian Care has provided exactly what they promised. Staff names were given before visiting started and the same carers always came. Care was consistent and adaptable to my mother's needs as they changed. Mum had a main carer who was adaptable, kind, gentle and friendly. All appointments were kept
promptly, any unforeseen change in staff was notified prior to the visit.
There was never any problem with invoicing, cancelled visits were never charged for. The management were so flexible with short notice changes, they felt like part of the family.
I trusted them all completely.

We have had Meridian Community Care Ltd taking care of my sister who has dementia. She has now been moved to a nursing home. Whilst in the care of Meridian Community Care Ltd she was treated with kindness and dignity. The office staff were also very polite and showed concern for my sister's welfare.
