Both my dad and I were very happy with the level of care from Premier care services and their ability to quickly respond to our changing schedules. We would happy to recommend them to anyone looking for home care.

Absolutely exemplary care of my elderly mother in the last few months of her life. She was able to die at home with her family around her because of the care she received from Premier Care Services Ltd. She was treated with care, dignity and kindness by everyone who visited her. Premier Care responded with more visits as her needs increased and tried to send the same carers to her that she has built a relationship with. It was hard, as a family, to entrust these tasks to someone else, but we cannot fault the care and compassion she was shown.

All the ladies that come to my husband are very good and kind. I am very happy with them.

We have experienced consistently great service from the carers and office staff. They really care about the service they are providing and keep us informed of what is happening at all times. Our carers go above and beyond which puts our minds at rest knowing our parents are cared for so well.

I have only been using them for a short while but have found them very satisfactory when I needed a little support with my husband. The carer is very friendly and kind and helps look after my husband when I go out, making lunch and cups of tea. They are trustworthy and helpful and I would certainly recommend them.

The carer looks after my Mum who unfortunately has Alzheimer's. She provides great personal care each weekend morning from 7 am, we would have liked it to be more days but we have managed to find others to help us on some of the weekdays. The carer is kind, empathetic, thorough and a really efficient carer. She is a great example of a great carer. Thanks!

We have received excellent service from our main contact and the carer for my parents. Our main contact is responsive and flexible, and the carer does a great job and genuinely cares about my parents. Based on the service received so far, we are very happy with Premier Care Services.

They have treated my mum really well. With care and respect, they care. The admin staff go that extra mile to accommodate our needs. They helped us at a very difficult point in our lives. They are reliable.

Very happy with my Mum's care. Management have been very helpful and kind. My Mum and her carer have built up a lovely relationship. Mum's carer is very competent and attentive and my Mum feels safe with her. We were unsure about live in care and how it would work for us or if Mum could afford it but it was the only option for us as we didn’t want Mum to go in to a home. We have regular updates with Premier Care Services Ltd and they are very understanding in difficult times.

I can’t fault this care provider, they really are fantastic. Everyone is so helpful, prompt replies and fantastic care by the staff. My grandfather has now gone to residential care but if he was to return home we will without a doubt take up this care service again. Thank you for all your help and support! Fantastic value for money. If you’re trying to find a carer for a family member like I was, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!

We've only just begun using Premier Care Services but so far our experience has been excellent. Our Mum is brighter than she had been for weeks already. We were very nervous as this is our first time having a carer but, so far, so good. That's one worry dealt with. Thank you.

Good office management, very friendly and willing to help. They have responded to any issues that have arisen. Would certainly recommend the service to anyone.

As a family, we take comfort in the fact that uncle is well taken of. Any issues are dealt with quickly and we work together to provide the best for Uncle. We are agreed that his health and well-being come first. Premier Care staff have been fantastic especially during this period of lockdown. I cannot thank or praise them enough.

Carers are very thoughtful and considerate at all times. They are normally on time and let us know if they are going to be late. They are kind and considerate to us both, one of us being bedbound. They always wear the recommended protection for Covid-19, and respect the condition of the property.

As it turned out, the government put into force the isolation and lock-down procedures the following week. We are happy with the decisions made and care that has been provided both before this uncertain time and since. As a family, we highly recommend Premier for their excellent care.

The communication is clear and there have been regular touch base calls during lockdown. Emails are responded to promptly and any queries addressed.

They have been exemplary in these difficult times always keeping us updated regards my mother in law's progress/care package, help with shopping whilst she has been shielding. She has found the carers friendly and proactive.
