My carers enable me to continue living in my own home. They are very helpful, kind and supportive to me. Nothing is too much trouble for them to do. All carers are always on time. I don't need to worry about anything as they care so well for me.

We have a nurse/carer come in once, sometimes twice a week and they are always extremely flexible and helpful. It's great that they are contented dementia trained and use their knowledge well. They are always respectful and mindful.
So happy that our daughter rang Prestige for help - it's so good to
have someone come who is helpful, kind and reliable.

Prestige Nursing and Care Gloucester were friendly and efficient from the start. They responded quickly and did what they said they would. Both management and care staff worked hard to give my aunt exactly what she needed. Service with a smile. 10 out of 10!

My mother died at home recently, however, before her death, I contacted Prestige for care support during her end of life care. A home visit was arranged at the earliest opportunity and appropriate care was put in place with a few days and as soon as I felt the need for additional support! The deputy
branch manager was in daily contact ensuring we were receiving all the support we required and the 2 carers who were assigned to Mum were outstanding in every way. They were highly professional and empathetic and treated Mum and ourselves with dignity, respect and utmost care.

I had a fall in a supermarket, they were very good, called an ambulance and took me to the hospital. They diagnosed the problem and started treatment. Eventually, I was moved to Cirencester Community Hospital. Total time in hospital was 3 months. Prestige Nursing in Tetbury is now assisting in caring
for me with twice daily visits.

My mother has short term memory loss. The staff are polite, always dressed appropriately, on time and inform me and my mum if going to be late. They deliver excellent care, write informative information and follow care plans timely. Mum is sometimes unpredictable and carers manage this by talking her
through the process, they have on occasion gone over and above, their duties.

Wonderful! The last 12 months I have had a lot of health issues, they have provided extra help when needed and encourage me to be independent when I'm able. When we needed to sort out 24hr care with less than 3 hrs. notice they did it. Otherwise I would have been in hospital or a "home". The staff are
punctual, caring and very professional. They have made a significant difference and allowed me to stay put in my house with my treasured garden and cat.

All the carers are most helpful and understanding of the various individual problems of each person. I would gladly recommend them to anyone for their kindness and consideration. They're always anxious to know if there is anything more they can do for you. The office staff also let you know about any
changes in personnel and times, and if the carer is running a bit late, which settles your mind.
