Prestige Nursing & Care (South Cotswolds)

I cannot rate Prestige Tetbury highly enough. My mother-in-law recently tried, on a number of occasions, to return home with the support of Prestige carers. Every carer I saw and talked to were fantastic- supportive, caring, efficient, kind, friendly and very professional. Living at home did not work out for mum but the service that was provided by Prestige from the office to the carers was first-rate. Thank you.

My mother died at home recently, however, before her death, I contacted Prestige for care support during her end of life care. A home visit was arranged at the earliest opportunity and appropriate care was put in place with a few days and as soon as I felt the need for additional support! The deputy branch manager was in daily contact ensuring we were receiving all the support we required and the 2 carers who were assigned to Mum were outstanding in every way. They were highly professional and empathetic and treated Mum and ourselves with dignity, respect and utmost care.

I had a fall in a supermarket, they were very good, called an ambulance and took me to the hospital. They diagnosed the problem and started treatment. Eventually, I was moved to Cirencester Community Hospital. Total time in hospital was 3 months. Prestige Nursing in Tetbury is now assisting in caring for me with twice daily visits.

My mother has short term memory loss. The staff are polite, always dressed appropriately, on time and inform me and my mum if going to be late. They deliver excellent care, write informative information and follow care plans timely. Mum is sometimes unpredictable and carers manage this by talking her through the process, they have on occasion gone over and above, their duties.

I have been using Prestige for over four years and have found them to be an excellent organisation. They were very kind, helpful and caring towards my late husband. Since his death they have been very supportive and cannot do enough to help me and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were at a crossroads, let down - went to Prestige who immediately qualified our needs, put in place a plan which went live in 5 hours. Fantastic and really look after their "customer." We have total peace of mind.

We are kept informed regarding information, times, staff times and dates.

I have found all the staff treat my husband with care and dignity and are friendly and professional in their approach. The organization seems well organized and on top of things.

My wife is happy with the aid she gets, it is the best of 11 years. Also social services offering more finances and Prestige for carrying it out.

Things have gone very well with the carers.

Wonderful! The last 12 months I have had a lot of health issues, they have provided extra help when needed and encourage me to be independent when I'm able. When we needed to sort out 24hr care with less than 3 hrs. notice they did it. Otherwise I would have been in hospital or a "home". The staff are punctual, caring and very professional. They have made a significant difference and allowed me to stay put in my house with my treasured garden and cat.

All the carers are most helpful and understanding of the various individual problems of each person. I would gladly recommend them to anyone for their kindness and consideration. They're always anxious to know if there is anything more they can do for you. The office staff also let you know about any changes in personnel and times, and if the carer is running a bit late, which settles your mind.
