I can honestly say that I have no problems with any of the staff professional care staff they are pleasant and always cheerful, friendly and supportive towards my family and myself. Management are very obliging when I have had to speak with them and are pleasant and caring. I have passed my friends details on to Professional Carers and Magenta and she is hoping to live in an extra care accommodation very soon.
Dear Gillian,
Thank you very much for your kind feedback. It's wonderful to hear that you have had such a positive experience with both our care staff and management team. Your comments mean a great deal to us, as we are committed to providing friendly, supportive, and high-quality care to...
Mum had ,had a fall carers rang, me with, permission from mum they sat with mum till myself and family arrived, they gave her lots of reassurance, and support , when mum is poorly the carers are always there for her and always contact me to let me know
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback and for sharing your experience following your mum's fall.
I know how worrying those moments can be for families, so I'm very pleased to hear that the carers responded promptly, stayed with your mum to keep her comfortable, and kept...
I am a 60 year old disabled man living in Spinnaker House and I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to all of the carers who support me each day.
From the Seniors to every member of the care staff, the standard of care I receive is consistently outstanding. Living with a disability brings challenges, but the team here approach everything with professionalism, patience and kindness. Nothing's rushed and I am treated with dignity and respect.
What makes the biggest difference to me is that they do "care". They take the time to listen, to chat, to make sure I'm comfortable and safe, and to support me in maintaining as much independence as possible. The Seniors lead by example and are always approachable and reassuring. Communication is excellent and I always feel informed.
It gives me great peace of mind knowing that I am supported by such a dedicated team. Spinnaker House is not just somewhere I live, it is a community, and that is largely down to the carers hard work.
Dear Richard, thank you so much for your thoughtful message. It truly means a great deal to hear how positively you feel about the care and support you receive.
We work hard to ensure that the care we provide is not only professional, but also kind, respectful and centred around each individual....
I would just like to send my huge thanks to Emma, Tanya, Tammy and all the team at Sycamore Place.
Dad moved to a full time care home in November on the recommendation of the District Nurse and his health deteriorated rapidly. It then came to light that the new care home had been neglecting Dad's diabetes care and he was admitted in to hospital very poorly.
You have a great team in Sycamore Place and great leaders in Emma and Tanya
Thanks again
Carole
Hi Carole - I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful review.
We are truly grateful for your kind words about Senior Carers Emma and Tanya based on site, as well as Carer Tammy and the whole team at Sycamore Place. It means a...
From the moment the assessor came to visit on day of discharge to present day I can not fault the care , commitment and high quality service my Mum receives. She can be very challenging at times but the team always demonstrate professionalism throughout their visits. Great attention was given to detail when the care plan was formulated. There is excellent communication and my Mum is treated with dignity and respect. It is such a comfort to myself and my sister to know that Mum is receiving such holistic care .
Continuity of staff is given and there are 2 regular staff members who are excellent and I feel safe leaving them to care for my Mum.
Professional carers have allowed my Mum to stay within her own home which is her preferred place of care.
Dear Gaynor, thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. We're really pleased to hear that both you and your mothers experience of Professional Carers has been a positive one. Supporting people to remain safely in their own homes is central to what we do, so we're so glad we've been...
I transferred from another care company as I was not happy with the care they provided for my elderly mother
When I first approached Professional carers about taking on my mum I found them very helpful and the guidance they gave me made me assured that mum would be well looked after
It took a little while to adapt for both carers and mum but over the years the carers got to know mum well - they would laugh with her - coaxed her into trying to eat and looked after her well
Sadly my dear mum passed away last week but I cannot express enough how thankful my sister and I and were for the support kindness and compassion shown not only to mum but to ourselves as well - it made a difference to us to know that their were so many of the carers that shared our emotion
I would certainly recommend this company to anyone
Dear Kim, thank you so much for taking the time to write such a kind and thoughtful message.

Mum has been provided with superb love, care and support by the Professional carers team at home for five years. The dedication by the onsite carers and the office based team is beyond wonderful. The App that Professional Carers use is such a brilliant piece of technology to enable my family to engage with the needs mum has so collectively we can all contribute to keep mum living at home.
The Professional Carers as an organisation / company are truly a patient focused and caring team of people.
Dear Keith, we really appreciate you getting in touch and taking the time to leave this review. It means a lot to us to know that our support has made a positive difference to your mum since she has been with us. Our frontline carers and operations support teams behind the scenes are deeply...
Everyone is easy to approach and the activities they provide have been much fun.
Thank you for your kind feedback. Supporting your mum over the years has been a privilege, and we're really pleased to know that she continues to feel comfortable and well supported. Our team works hard to build positive relationships and create meaningful experiences, so it's wonderful to hear...
You'll see company advertisements, and vacancies regularly are listed.
Carer quality depends on who you get, and what they consider a 'Good' standard of care.
Unfortunately, they have a lot of big complexes, for assisted living.
They take more than they can manage.
Staff don't get enough time to get from one care call to another. Which, can be the other end of Seacombe, to New Brighton at times. This then impacts the staff and clients, as staff don't get paid, if they over set hours. So staff try their best to make up lost time. If they go over set hours, they don't get paid.
In turn eventually leave. Clients can have late lunch calls, eg, as late as between 2-3 pm.
Found inaccurate records keeping saying all tasks were completed when they were not.
Don't always go by Care Quality Commission (CQC) reviews.
Do your own research. Look through Relatives, and friends' past/present reviews on companies. I learned the hard way.
Dear D.W., thank you for taking the time to send this review and I am sorry to hear that your experience with Professional Carers was not a positive one. I do however wish to say that a lot of your claims are factually incorrect, and in isolation, with no evidence to support this. As a provider we...
