Happy with the care I have received so far from this care provider. Especially with my experience in the quality of care that I previously received from other care providers, including my recent care home experience. The carers with SSA are super-individuals with hearts of gold, who are ever ready to help others. The good service they are providing to service users like myself speaks for itself. And I would recommend them to anyone who may be in need of their professional services!

On the whole, the service is ok. I would like more consistency with the carers who come to my home. I believe the evening carers do not fully complete the 30-mins and are gone before that time. I feel you have lost some of your better staff and the new replacements are not to the standard of those lost.
After reading your review, I felt compelled to call you to discuss the issues you have raised. I am pleased that you confirmed that there are currently no ongoing issues, but please let me know if things start going downhill again, and we will resolve any issues that may arise.

My carer is a day-to-day lifesaver! Without her help, I wouldn't even be able to do the everyday things others take for granted. Not only this, but I haven't self-harmed in a long time! Whether it be everyday tasks or I'm in a mental health crisis, she is always there to calm me down, help me, and leave me feeling better than I did before. Not only has this increased my safety and wellbeing, but it has also eased the burden on my loved ones. Everyone is happier because of her... thank you!

Although I had been very worried about losing my independence and having people to wash and dress me, all the carers have been very kind and helpful and the experience has not been as bad as I expected!
Dad needed two carers three times a day and all the carers that looked after him were compassionate, caring and kind and kept dads bottom from breaking down and his feet free from pressure sores. They kept to the appointed times as much as possible, professional in every way. I know they are very busy but some bot all leave their coats and jackets on with cross contamination and all that just a thought maybe proper uniforms would be nice and make the carers feel part of a team.
Some are very good and some need more training.
Friendly staff in all areas. Carers give expert opinions when problems arise. Efforts made to relax me when feeling low. They feel part of my family. Make my day.
All staff are very good and do everything to help my husband and myself. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are always cheerful and polite. I'm always happy to have them come into our home.
I and my mother have been very satisfied with the care given by SSA. The carers treat my mother with the care, professionalism and a high appreciation of her individual character. The office are always very quick to respond to questions and issues.
The management could help and listen a bit more to client needs and help change things.
The carers are friendly, compassionate, honest.

Meet the Team (1)
Kai has been with SSA Quality Care for 3 years after a short stint in sports therapy and strength and conditioning, whilst also playing professional rugby league for Hemel Stags and London Broncos.
Kai assesses and reviews care packages, line manages care staff and also completes in-house training, ensuring care staff are performing at their best.
Kai is also an actor, having been featured in productions from Film4, S4C, BBC and Netflix. In his spare time he enjoys automotive detailing and anything car related. Kai also enjoys listening to all types of music.
