The carers are extremely good and caring. The office needs to polish up its act and accept that they have been lacking!
They are all very friendly and take time to chat about any concerns regarding my dad's health and condition.
The night carer is a very dedicated carer and having him stay for overnight care gives me peace of mind that my dad is safe and cared for throughout the night.
Our carer is kind, caring. Always on time and if any problems, they call to keep me informed and treats my husband with respect.
