SureCare Enfield is a home care agency, helping older people to live independently at home in Enfield, London.

Care services include companionship, live-in care, personal care and support, plus more general home care services. Individuals are treated with respect and dignity at all times, and clients and relatives are kept up to date on major care decisions at all times.

Staff are selected for their skills of compassion and care experience, being heavily vetted, CRB checked and referenced checked before being offered employment. Only then will they be trained to the highest possible standard.

All around I've had a good day to day relationship/experience. Initially took a while for things to bed in but as the needs of my dear aunt has changed, SureCare have proved and continue to be flexible in accommodating for our needs. Long may it continue.

I find the carers very efficient, friendly and pleasant. They treat my husband with care and dignity and are always very helpful.
I am always informed by the office staff if the carers are going to be late for any reason and apologies are given.
