SureCare (Enfield)

Thank you, SureCare, for aking me to comment on my thoughts as to the care and support I have personally received over several months from my carers. They are 100% excellent! As you may know, I am partially disabled, a widower, striving to go forward, not backwards! Truthfully, I would be lost without my carers.

The carers are extremely good and caring. The office needs to polish up its act and accept that they have been lacking!

The night carer is a very dedicated carer and having him stay for overnight care gives me peace of mind that my dad is safe and cared for throughout the night.

Our carer is kind, caring. Always on time and if any problems, they call to keep me informed and treats my husband with respect.

We are very happy with the care provided. We are confident in all aspects of care and would recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with the carer and agency so hopefully gave all information. If the carer is going to be late or changes time they arrange it for me.

I do think the carers are doing their best and I am pleased with them as doing their very best.

All around I've had a good day to day relationship/experience. Initially took a while for things to bed in but as the needs of my dear aunt has changed, SureCare have proved and continue to be flexible in accommodating for our needs. Long may it continue.

SureCare (Enfield) and care support are excellent. The overall standard is excellent along with the support, couldn't be happier.
