Croydon Home Help Ltd, trading as SureCare Croydon and Sutton, is a family run business established in 2001. SureCare mission is to deliver person-centred care to individuals living in their own homes to maintain their quality of life, promote their independence and protect their dignity.

Passionate about empowering people to take an active role in planning their own care, SureCare believes that care should be designed around individuals. Also recognise the vital role that family members and nominated representatives play in providing effective support.

SureCare aim to provide a tailored package of care and support that contributes to the overall health and wellbeing of Service Users. This includes personal care, oral and dental care, blood pressure checks, medication administration, prompting and collection, grooming, housework, escort services, companionship, cultural support (values, beliefs and support to places of worship), food preparation, LGBTQ+ support, feeding and walking of pets, shopping, sit in services, rehabilitation services and end of live care.

Carers are professionally trained to recognise any changes in an individual’s care needs and to promptly inform the relevant parties. This ensures that, with the Service User’s consent, a person-centred review can be arranged to maintain the highest standard of care. SureCare always strive to go the extra mile, supporting people to achieve their goals with respect, dignity, and independence.
