Founded in 2005, they have been at the forefront of specialised social care for over 20 years, supporting individuals to live a fulfilling and happy life within the comfort of their own homes. CareYourWay's mission is to ensure everyone receiving their care feels as if they are a part of their care community, enabling them to feel as if they can make suggestions, take part in events, and have open involvement with the way their support is delivered.

This care company not only cared for my husband but for my wellbeing as my husband had very bad dementia.
I would recommend them to anyone, the care and kindness they showed my husband and myself and I will never forget.

My father received help with his care from The Care Company SW Ltd as he became increasingly poorly with prostate cancer over a two year period. During this time the agency provided my father with excellent care and support adapting well to his changing needs and managing to provide a continuity of
care with familiar carers (who dad became very fond of) despite a house move halfway through the care period. This allowed him to live as an independent as possible in Kingsbridge area he loved until he returned to spend the final 6 weeks of his life with his family in Herefordshire aided by carers from the local St Michaels Hospice.

Friendly, professional and understanding of my mother's needs. The carer was so kind and not at all patronising towards my mother. I felt completely at ease leaving my mother in their care. There was a little mix up over the start time, however, the care provided more than made up for this.
I would
certainly use this company again if and when needed as I found my mother happy and healthy on my return.

My mother has been benefitting from The Care Company (SW) Ltd for more than two years. Without them, it would have been impossible for our mother to live in our family home where she holds all her memories. The care provided to her has always been exceptional, putting her well-being above all else.
We have experienced other care companies but they were not up to standard. My admiration and respect to the carers of this company.

Domiciliary and living care. The Care Company have provided care for 6 1/2 years now, but the last 3 years have been very difficult as my mother has progressed into the Vascular Dementia severely.


The Care Company have been very supportive to us as a family and we can't thank them enough.

Without the carers I would not be able to stay in my own home. They are always pleasant and understanding, they listen to my problems and help where they can. They are punctual. Some areas need more training eg making a bed properly and basic hygiene in the kitchen.
