Even though we only had the care company for a few months leading up to mum's death, it made it easier to care for her at home so she had a peaceful end. The help and support we received were second to none, and I really appreciate it. They treated Mum as if she was family that gave her dignity and
peace at the end of her life.

I wish to thank The Care Company for the care that was given to my late father. No words can truly express the level of support you gave to my dad and me during a difficult time. Knowing my dad was in the hands of such a professional and caring team of people was such a relief for me while I was at
work. All the staff where very kind and caring. But a special mention to two particular carers who took dad's care to another level. Thank you all again from a very grateful daughter of your client.

Both the company and the specific primary caregiver were terrific across the board. They listen to our concerns and also made frequent suggestions as to how care could be adjusted to fit our Mother's changing needs.
We always felt 100% that there was excellent care and felt that our Mum was safe, and
mentally engaged as far as her dementia allowed.

I am so glad I chose this company to look after my mum's needs. She is happy too. She was resistant to having any help at first, but I know she looks forward to seeing the carers, and it gives her much more than just the practical things they assist her with. I have met a few of the lovely people that
come, and I know she is in safe hands. Whenever I have needed to talk to someone in the office, they are always polite and helpful. Thank you all.

I have received care for several years from a number of different providers, and never has the care I have received, felt more genuine or to such high standards.


I have physical and mental health problems, and there is a word that comes to me again and again and that is warmth, no one else has demonstrated

it so well in such practical ways, it allows me to feel safe, receiving personal care, talking about worries for the day ahead, being a stakeholder in planning my care, are just a few of the many ways they show warmth and such care.
They are always looking for new ways to motivate and interact with myself and other clients.
Most of my life I learnt not to trust, writing this through tears, I realise they have my trust.

The care company were very prompt at providing the live-in carer when contacted. There were initial hiccups at getting a 'good match' but that was resolved quickly. (It was lovely that Mum could stay in her own home which she was adamant about for roughly the same cost as a good quality care home).
Unfortunately,
she was too demanding at night to allow the live-in carer to get enough sleep so an extra 'awake' cover was needed. This trebled the cost which made Mum very angry. This exhibited itself in even worse sleepless nights. During all this, the carers were very patient and did a wonderful job but Mum decided to try the local care home. She now appreciates the care she had in her own home.

Overall I cannot fault the service given. Not one person I came into contact with was ever other than supportive, gentle and patient, both in the early days when it was simply I have a weel to was my mother, and then in her final days when it was four visits a day. They not only looked after my mother
but me as well. As my mother's mental health declined along with her physical health, she became more difficult, which they responded to with unfailing gentleness. Other plus parts - they used the same three carers until the final days, so they knew my mum well. Delays in arriving were notified. One of the owners does ad hoc care visits herself, she laughs at being told to go hang herself by Mom.

Having encountered appalling 'caring' in my own town, I was not sure what to expect, but from the first, The Care Company staff were; friendly, courteous, caring, efficient, thoughtful, helpful and cooperative as individuals and in their teams.
I can't speak highly enough of the kindness they showed
my father and me, being sensitive to the distance I had to travel to be there.
I am so grateful to them for making up for the deficiencies elsewhere in the 'system' and for making Dad's last days comfortable, safe and happy. Bless you all.

The carers were friendly, sympathetic and skilled; they appeared to be well trained and have the necessary expertise to assure my husband and myself of their understanding. I was impressed that they took the time and trouble to get to know him as a person, his likes, dislikes and views. The carers also
took time to support me. The quality of their practice ensured that his dignity was preserved up to the time of his death.
