This agency is an absolute disgrace. Their approach is to place an inappropriate carer into your home and hope they will cope. I had to complain again and again to the office when carers had no clue how to cook a simple meal, left all the meal preparation to my elderly father, didn't alert us to a painful rash my mother was suffering from, or were unable to use the hoist. In 2 months they sent 6 different carers (only 1 of which was capable) which was unsettling and difficult for my mother to adjust to, and one handover took 10 minutes and the new carer had to figure out how to work the hoist herself. I could go on and on, but worst of all was when I discovered my mother had not had her teeth brushed for 5 weeks. "Oral Care" had not been added to the list of duties provided by the office, but none of the carers questioned why and left her teeth to rot. If I hadn't been so stressed I'd have raised a formal complaint and reported them to CQC. Do your research and find another agency.

I'm entirely satisfied with the care I receive, in fact, the group of carers working in my area are as good as one could ever hope for, in short, exemplary. I have no hesitations in saying that CareYourWay have provided me with the most meticulous care and support I have yet to receive. I therefore would rate them the best by some. I believe anytime I felt the need to contact the office, I would receive a prompt and satisfactory answer. CareYourWay have provided carers with whom I have great confidence and rapport with.
