Town & Country have been providing daily care for my sister in her own home for about 5 years. This fact alone must tell you something about their professionalism but also about the personal qualities of the very caring staff that visit and support her several times each day. I would include the office staff in this as they too have been exceptional. Following a stroke that resulted in poor mobility and severe aphasia in 2020 my sister spent 15 months in a local nursing home but was desperate to go home. She was originally sent to the nursing home from hospital for 'end of life' care at the start of the Covid epidemic, but she survived. Eventually we were able to convince the authorities that she should be able to go home with regular daily care from T&C and this has proved very successful although I imagine that at times all her various requirements must have stretched their patience and resources. I'm delighted to recommend their service.

If is a shame that the there is no direct contact with the staff member via the App and communication has to be via office staff

Puts up with going round and round the garden, no matter the weather.

very pleased with the carer,s & the service provided & the company overall . They are excelliant trustworthy , helpful , caring , honest, nothing is to much trouble for them , the office staff are brilliant also always very friendly cannot fault them at all .

So far, our experience with Town and Country has been fantastic. Each and every member of the care staff has been exceptional and the admin side is very efficient. I would not fail to highly recommend them.

My cousin has been unwell and in and out of hospital. The carers were excellent with her and recognised that her health/mobility was deteriating. They were so kind and supportive of her. Whilst she was in an 'assessment bed' in a care home one of the regular carers even visited her there (on her day off). Nothing is too much trouble, the carers give 100% and more. Thank you for offering such a wonderful, reliable service, it is much appreciate.

All girls that care for me are very good at there job. They always me laugh even when feeling down.

Overall very happy with the care my mother in law gets, cared for brilliant, well looked after . The staff are great and can talk to really well , if there is ever a problem it is always sorted straight away

Overall, an excellent experience was provided by all staff. All aspects of my wife's ADL's are given all due care and attention. The staff can always make her smile and lift her mood. Thank you!

Two regular carers knew I had a problem with my shower. The off duty carer found a remedy and rang whilst the other carer was with me. Explained what needed to be done and the carer on duty went and did it and between them they resolved my problem. I was very impressed they cared enough to do that and how well they work together. They both went over and above what they were expected to do. Thank you.

The overall view is that the carers are very good in the main, are quick to notice any health issues and act upon them. Management could be a little more consistent in timings of visits, this may be due to short staffing, but can be an issue all the same.

We all have our good and not so good days in life but I must say that my good days are much improved by the care I am given by Town and Country. Both the carers and office staff will always do their best to respond to my needs both on a regular basis and in the case of an emergency. Thank you.

The individual carers I have experienced have been professional but friendly, respectful, considerate, and focused on my requirements and well-being. It has been a pleasure to welcome them into my home. I have been impressed at the way in which they remember routines and show initiative by offering to undertake tasks which they have not necessarily been asked to do (eg taking rubbish bins in and out, posting a letter, etc).
