So far, our experience with Town and Country has been fantastic. Each and every member of the care staff has been exceptional and the admin side is very efficient. I would not fail to highly recommend them.

My cousin has been unwell and in and out of hospital. The carers were excellent with her and recognised that her health/mobility was deteriating. They were so kind and supportive of her. Whilst she was in an 'assessment bed' in a care home one of the regular carers even visited her there (on her day
off). Nothing is too much trouble, the carers give 100% and more. Thank you for offering such a wonderful, reliable service, it is much appreciate.

I have nothing but a good review for my care providers nothing is too much trouble. They all are excellent from office staff to the carers on the road. All are happy and caring and very polite and respectful to me and my home.

Two regular carers knew I had a problem with my shower. The off duty carer found a remedy and rang whilst the other carer was with me. Explained what needed to be done and the carer on duty went and did it and between them they resolved my problem. I was very impressed they cared enough to do that and
how well they work together. They both went over and above what they were expected to do. Thank you.

The overall view is that the carers are very good in the main, are quick to notice any health issues and act upon them. Management could be a little more consistent in timings of visits, this may be due to short staffing, but can be an issue all the same.

We all have our good and not so good days in life but I must say that my good days are much improved by the care I am given by Town and Country. Both the carers and office staff will always do their best to respond to my needs both on a regular basis and in the case of an emergency. Thank you.

Town & Country Homecare have provided me with an excellent, flexible and responsive personal care service. Office telephones have been answered quickly and helpfully (even out of hours) and every effort made to resolve any problems.
The timing of visits is particularly important to me to enable me
to arrange my mealtimes. Late changes have occasionally caught me out, but access to the Company's rostering app allows me to check the latest position and I now do this as near as possible to the forecast time.
The individual carers I have experienced have been professional but friendly, respectful, considerate, and focused on my requirements and well-being. It has been a pleasure to welcome them into my home. I have been impressed at the way in which they remember routines and show initiative by offering to undertake tasks which they have not necessarily been asked to do (eg taking rubbish bins in and out, posting a letter, etc).

TCH have provided my mother with a first class care service . We have found the carers , without exception, to be highly reliable , friendly and genuinely caring . The management team have been highly responsive to any requests for changes in the service provided , showing a willingness to be flexible
and adaptive to my mother's needs.
In our experience TCH is all you could wish for in a care provider .

Cannot rate this company high enough!
The carers I've had, who came and care for my son are absolutely outstanding. I have one day a week to myself and I can relax knowing he's in safe hands. Many a time I have returned home to hear laughter coming from his room, with both him and his carer watching
podcasts, films, YouTube, or just putting the world to rights.
Nothing is too much trouble and his regular carer uses her initiative when it comes to doing tasks around the house too.
I never ask her to do anything, but if he's ever resting, or sleeping, she will find herself something to do.
I find she always listens to my handovers and follows instructions which are important as his condition can change weekly.
The office are easy to contact and always helpful. If his carer is unwell they will always do their best to find a replacement, realising the importance of my respite breaks.
I have used them for many years now and would not dream of changing company.

Just wanted to say how amazing all the girls are who attend my mum. They're always so lovely, kind, caring, considerate and patient. They are a godsend to my mums needs and I, my dad and she certainly couldn't do without them!
They each always go over and above.
Even though I always thank them,
please do pass on my thanks and appreciation.
The girls in the office have been amazing as well and nothing is too much.

I wish I had found Town and Country earlier. Having had bad experiences with the two previouse companies, I was delighted with the proffesionalism and efficiency of both the management and the staff who looked after my Stepfather. The App is a godsend as it allowed me to see, on a daily basis how his
care and health was being dealt with.
