To date, I am very satisfied with the service I have received. The ladies are always very obliging, very helpful, cheerful and informative which is very important to me being a widower with no known living relatives and most of my former friends are now deceased.
In my solitary life, it can be rather
lonely at times. Because I have received so much tender loving care in hospital, I soldier on cheerfully.

I have nothing but praise for those carers that do this sort of job. I can't fault any of the ladies who have come to my home to attend to me.

As a stroke victim losing the ability to deal with social help, I contacted Twilight Years for assistance pushing wheelchair to swimming baths and shopping twice a week. I have received help and assistance which has been brilliant and extremely helpful enabling me to be more independent. So far I have
received help from 2 carers, both are great.

Nothing was too much trouble and the care provided was second to none. Previous care providers were not a patch on Twilight Years. Cannot praise them enough!

I have had Twilight Years coming to me now twice a day for an hour at a time for a few months now. I have previously had 2 big care agencies over the years who have been my home help but one of them was totally inadequate and the other was ok. But this company are brilliant. The staff are lovely. They
turn up on time every time. They stay for the whole hour which the other 2 companies I had had a lot of staff who would leave even after just 20 minutes. I always get asked if I'm Ok, do I want a drink etc and if I'm having a bad day they will sit down with me to talk about it. The office is very friendly and helpful and if there is the odd change will notify me immediately whereas one care agency actually NEVER phoned me with any changes!! They are by far the best care company. They have selected extremely good staff who really do care and do a very good job with whatever I need.

I would like to put on record how very helpful carer was yesterday when I was very stressed due to stairlift breakdown, she paid me an extra visit unsolicited and provided much needed practical and moral support. She is a very good carer.

Twilight Years have provided home care support for my wife and myself for over 3 years. During this time, I have felt so comfortable in the skills and kindness shown in the care given to us, the trust between client and carer was apparent. My wife suffers from vascular dementia and as the condition
progressed, she became more anxious, confused and more reliant on others, A friendly, encouraging and understanding chat between her and carer was of value to my wife (and myself). The bond that was created was a result of these chats along with the patience, compassion and dignity given to all her needs. After an operation, I was unable to assist and care for her, the care from Twilight Years was increased to include personal care for myself, along with meals and light housework, again the same care and skills were given to me. I wish to take this opportunity to express my thanks to all at Twilight Years for giving my wife and myself care support and friendship during this difficult time.

Since Twilight Years have come into my life, I have been so much better at coping with my disability, the carers are just that "carers", people who care. It is so good to know someone will be with me when I need help. Other agencies are of no comparison to Twilight Years, so here is a huge thank you
to my caring carers. Not much more to say really but you really are very much appreciated, thank you.

I live some distance from my mother, occasionally visiting. I am impressed with the friendly, caring attitude of all the staff I know. It is good to know mum has such lovely company and help, whilst I can't be there. The carers work hard, and genuinely hold my mum's best interests at heart.

My mother and her partner are frail and elderly and Twilight has been absolutely amazing. They have made an enormous difference to their lives and their ability to stay in their own home. The carers are kind and considerate and take on and solve problems as they arise. The communication both with both
their clients and the family are excellent. None of the family lives locally so we could not be more grateful nor thank Twilight enough for all they do. I am a GP and know how difficult things can sometimes be. Despite this, the work they do on a daily basis is absolutely outstanding. We have had different care providers in the past and the experience of having Twilight has been completely different. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
