Over the years that my wife has been cared for by Alina Homecare they have become more like good friends rather than a service company. When my wife does have a visit from these wonderful women, she comes alive and is more like her old self. Chatting and laughing with a first class care service.

I have found this company to provide a first-class package of care, the staff/management go above and beyond to accommodate any requests that are put to them, extremely efficient in all aspects. I have no doubt in my mind that this company will continue to grow through reputation alone. 100% could not fault them if it was not for one of their carers I would not be here to tell the tale.

My wife has complex needs and needs someone special to look after her, we have found that person at Alina Homecare, she treats my wife with dignity and respect at all times and has become a friend as well as her carer. Head Office are compassionate and very flexible and reliable, they are always positive. From my point of view, it’s very reassuring to know my wife is in safe hands with Alina, thank you all.

I must say I have always been so happy with all the care I have had from Alina Homecare Bromsgrove. I look forward to my carers coming in each day to brighten my day up.

The professional conduct and service are second to none. Any queries are dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. Care and office staff are excellent. I have used a few care companies but most say Alina Homecare Bromsgrove are extremely good and wouldn't even consider being without them. I can honestly say I can't fault the service in any way at all.

With Alina Homecare we have a team that works with us, a team that works around my 93-year-old father enabling him to live in his family home. The team of administrators and care staff are always reliable, competent, caring and friendly. They support my father to be independent and take care of his medical needs; which is reassuring - we can be away and know that he is safe and happy and has companionship with other adults who genuinely care for him.

We have found Alina Homecare Bromsgrove to be an excellent company to deal with. All their staff are very attentive and caring and go that extra mile to make sure our brother/brother in law is looked after in his own home where he wants to stay.

We have found them to be efficient in providing attendance schedules and communication has been first class with regular reviews of our requirements.

My elderly mother benefitted greatly every time the Alina Homecare Carer came. The same Carer visited and has established over many years a helpful and supportive interactive response from my mum. My mother has had dementia for about a decade. Alina Homecare provides the opportunity for me (the family carer) to be 'released and free' for two hours every week. I know while I'm away, the member of the Alina Homecare team will keep my mother safe and engage in meaningful activities.

I live in Portugal, so it is important to me to know that my parents are well cared for and in such good hands. Thank you for your effort during the bad weather and for your continuing care.

As having to use care providers for my parents, one has dementia, the other with mobility issues the care Alina Care at Bromsgrove has given has been far better than I expected in the fact that as its the first time we have needed care. The requirements have changed sometimes weekly and Alina has accommodated this without issues. Being self-funding we are more than happy with the service provided.

Be it was her own good nature or staff training! I’m certainly glad I’m being looked after by my carers.

Recently, mom died and we were able to manage her needs until the end. I am very grateful for their support. Thank you.
