Alina Homecare Bromsgrove

During my family's time over many years with Alina Homecare, they have been respectful, efficient, very caring and polite to my father, who has double sensory loss. They contact us promptly on any subject or situation which arises regarding Dad. He is very happy with all the carers that visit him five days a week and calls them his little angels! We have recently requested 45-minute lunch calls Monday to Friday, which have been a great success, putting more structure into my father's daily routine. This regime was put into place immediately by the manager at the Bromsgrove Office following my urgent request. Thank you.

My brother has been receiving care for about two years now since being incapacitated by arthritis and neuropathy. His care has always been first class - nothing seems to be too much trouble. He recently fell ill. Alina handled everything, liaising with NHS and paramedics and providing sensible reviews of his medical progress thereby relieving me of considerable pressure. Everything is handled in a relaxed and cheerful manner by carers through to management.

Since Dad has been receiving his care with Alina Care, we have been mainly been confident and pleased in the level of care he receives, when I have needed to speak up about any small tweaks they have been listened to and mainly obliged. The care staff are wonderful and there smiling facing as they come through the door, puts a smile on Dad's face and made what can be a long day seem so much better. The care team are professional and caring, and responsive to Dad's needs and wants. I have found as his daughter and person who supports dad in speaking up and having his say, we tend to mostly have any requests in his care changed and if we don’t they tend to have a reason why it’s not able to happen. My only negative and when I asked dad his thoughts was, the consistency of staff at times, Dad does like his favourites, doesn’t like too many changes, and can get upset when doesn’t have his regular support care who know him, and his little ways or how not to cook his pasty.

The care my Dad receives is outstanding and wonderful with people who seem to enjoy their work and still have time for a chat. The friendliness shown to our family is super. My Dad looks forward to carer's coming each day. Thank you.

I would like to thank all at Alina for the care and support you give to my mum since she had her stroke in the spring of this year. The Carers at Alina are very reliable and are always willing to do all that they can to make my mum as comfortable as possible. The office is always helpful especially when I have to tweak the times of calls due to appointments that arise. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Alina.

Alina Care provides my mum with personal care and support, giving myself and my brother peace of mind knowing she is being looked after. Mum often tells me how she has had a laugh with her carers which is so important, especially during the difficult times we are all facing and with shielding mum. They treat her with dignity and both the carers and colleagues in the office are happy to adapt mum’s care package as and when necessary. They are friendly and happy to listen and support not only mum but also myself. Thank you all for your kindness and care over the last 18 months.

I just wanted to thank Alina, Bromsgrove for the care, consideration and respect with which the company treats both my mother and my family. The carers visiting my mother's home are always sensitive to her needs and attentive to her living environment - attending to anything that can improve her daily life - food, walks, personal hygiene etc. I also have confidence in the office staff at Bromsgrove and feel we have built up a good working relationship. I am able to discuss the changing needs of my 97-year-old mother in the knowledge that the staff will do their utmost to accommodate any alterations to her care programme. I would like therefore to extend my thanks and sincere appreciation for all they do for us hoping they all keep safe (and sane) in this very demanding world we are presently experiencing.

I would also like to highlight how great the back office staff are. From the moment we were referred to Alina, a member of staff came out to meet my mum in hospital. He was compassionate and helped us to fully understand what home care entailed, and was really professional. The office staff have also been especially helpful. Over the phone during all hours of the day they have supported us with any queries we've had and have come out to do several home visits, ensuring that they had met with my mum making us feel confident they had that personal touch. During the worldwide pandemic we are all faced with - they have not once let us down! THANK YOU!!

Another situation is I forgot to cancel a call and went shopping, no moans or groans about it but the carers came in, did my tea and left it on the side for me ready to eat when I got back. It's the little things that make the biggest impressions. Excellent service going above and beyond.

Very happy with the care and support my uncle is receiving - it’s the best I’ve seen him look in a very long time. He looks forward to the carers going as they always brighten up his day. Thank you so much.

The carers are always kind, caring and cheerful, especially through the period of shielding. They were a lifeline to many of us and brightened many peoples day. Always having regard for the regulations and duties with their usual empathy. All the carers deserve medals.

Alina Homecare has been, and continue to be a fantastic support to my mum. The carers are lovely, and the admin staff are very accommodating of any changes we have made etc. They quickly ascertain the best carers to match the client and do their utmost to maintain that continuity. My dad has received care from Alina Homecare, Bromsgrove for many years now and an excellent rapport and relationship has been built up over that time. A case in hand is that my dad has, unfortunately, been the victim of not 1, but 2 burglaries in recent months, and I can honestly say that the staff at Alina have really "gone the extra mile," as such, in supporting my dad..providing care, support and assistance over and above their "brief." In short, a very friendly, caring and professional company.

Carers always cheerful and very helpful. When I phone the office they too are very helpful and were very satisfactory.
