Funding & Fees

We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.
The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

I would like to thank all at Alina for the care and support you give to my mum since she had her stroke in the spring of this year. The Carers at Alina are very reliable and are always willing to do all that they can to make my mum as comfortable as possible. The office is always helpful especially
when I have to tweak the times of calls due to appointments that arise. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Alina.

Alina Care provides my mum with personal care and support, giving myself and my brother peace of mind knowing she is being looked after. Mum often tells me how she has had a laugh with her carers which is so important, especially during the difficult times we are all facing and with shielding mum. They
treat her with dignity and both the carers and colleagues in the office are happy to adapt mum’s care package as and when necessary. They are friendly and happy to listen and support not only mum but also myself. Thank you all for your kindness and care over the last 18 months.

I just wanted to thank Alina, Bromsgrove for the care, consideration and respect with which the company treats both my mother and my family. The carers visiting my mother's home are always sensitive to her needs and attentive to her living environment - attending to anything that can improve her daily
life - food, walks, personal hygiene etc. I also have confidence in the office staff at Bromsgrove and feel we have built up a good working relationship. I am able to discuss the changing needs of my 97-year-old mother in the knowledge that the staff will do their utmost to accommodate any alterations to her care programme. I would like therefore to extend my thanks and sincere appreciation for all they do for us hoping they all keep safe (and sane) in this very demanding world we are presently experiencing.

After suffering from a stroke in February 2020, my mum returned home to receive full care, 4 double visits per day.
Having been disabled all her life yet very independent the thought of 'strangers' coming into the home for Mum and my family was a lot to comprehend. From the first moment the girls stepped
foot into the house, they were completely empathetic and compassionate. Mum has built up a fantastic relationship with the girls and looks forward to their visits every day. The level of care and compassion that each of the carers show towards Mum and my dad each and every day is truly commendable. Only a few weeks after Mum returned home, the UK declared its lockdown, we were unable to visit and support Mum and Dad in the ways we normally would. Knowing Alina Homecare were going in daily was a huge comfort to us, knowing that Mum's personal care and hygiene would be their top priority and given that she was confined to her bedroom and no-one else could visit they keep her (and my dad!!) sane!! THANK YOU FROM US ALL.
All the carers are fantastic, but I would especially like to shout out to the two who do Mum's morning calls. I cannot thank these girls enough for the hardwork and care they put into their job. Myself & my sisters cannot thank you enough.
I would also like to highlight how great the back office staff are. From the moment we were referred to Alina, a member of staff came out to meet my mum in hospital. He was compassionate and helped us to fully understand what home care entailed, and was really professional. The office staff have also been especially helpful. Over the phone during all hours of the day they have supported us with any queries we've had and have come out to do several home visits, ensuring that they had met with my mum making us feel confident they had that personal touch. During the worldwide pandemic we are all faced with - they have not once let us down! THANK YOU!!

Alina Homecare has taken over my care package for about a month now and after a month,
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. Throughout my life I've needed care, I'm regularly on bedrest, and if I don't have everything to hand, I find it awkward to reach said item. There have been situations
like I've got my remote out of reach so have called the carers to help after they had left and they have come back no questions asked.
Another situation is I forgot to cancel a call and went shopping, no moans or groans about it but the carers came in, did my tea and left it on the side for me ready to eat when I got back. It's the little things that make the biggest impressions. Excellent service going above and beyond.

Alina Homecare has been, and continue to be a fantastic support to my mum. The carers are lovely, and the admin staff are very accommodating of any changes we have made etc. They quickly ascertain the best carers to match the client and do their utmost to maintain that continuity. My family and I are very happy with the care service provided for my elder father by Alina Homecare, Bromsgrove. We all live down in London so are very reassured to know that the staff at Alina keep such a good eye on him and cater for his needs so well. They operate in a very friendly, but organised
manner & are very good at making quick contact, with either myself or one of my sisters, if they have any concerns. In turn, they are easily contactable should we need to speak to them for any reason.
My dad has received care from Alina Homecare, Bromsgrove for many years now and an excellent rapport and relationship has been built up over that time. A case in hand is that my dad has, unfortunately, been the victim of not 1, but 2 burglaries in recent months, and I can honestly say that the staff at Alina have really "gone the extra mile," as such, in supporting my dad..providing care, support and assistance over and above their "brief." In short, a very friendly, caring and professional company.

Over the years that my wife has been cared for by Alina Homecare they have become more like good friends rather than a service company. When my wife does have a visit from these wonderful women, she comes alive and is more like her old self. Chatting and laughing with a first class care service.

I have found this company to provide a first-class package of care, the staff/management go above and beyond to accommodate any requests that are put to them, extremely efficient in all aspects. My wife has complex needs and needs someone special to look after her, we have found that person at Alina Homecare, she treats my wife with dignity and respect at all times and has become a friend as well as her carer. Head Office are compassionate and very flexible and reliable, they are always positive.
From my point of view, it’s very reassuring to know my wife is in safe hands with Alina, thank you all.
