Alina Homecare Bromsgrove has been providing care for my Mum for almost a year and whilst she was initially resistant to the whole idea, she very quickly began to enjoy and look forward to both the companionship and the necessary care provided by the carers. The carers that I and my sister have met are all genuinely lovely and really seem to have mum’s best interests at heart. Even throughout the lockdowns, the carers have always been reliable and mum has never been let down. All dealings with the company have been a pleasure: efficient and flexible and always keen to help if they can.

All of the carers we've had visit to look after my mom have been amazing. They all perform a very high level of care and I can't even pick a small point they would need to improve on. Even more surprising is that my mother hasn't had a bad word to say about any of them, and she is extremely fussy and is a nitpicker at the smallest things she doesn't like. So all in all, they're fantastic!

Overall I am very satisfied with the care my husband has received from Alina Homecare Bromsgrove. Occasionally, he does not get the full half an hour evening visit. That time is important for me to catch up on a few chores or recharge my batteries with a coffee so that he can be kept safe before I take over and stay with him upstairs.

We have been delighted with the overall standard of care and support given by Alina Homecare Bromsgrove. The management are very approachable and organised with a nothing is too much trouble approach. The care and support given to my mother at home is wonderful and carried out in a manner that is professional and with care and compassion which makes her feel happy and secure. Therefore enabling her family to feel reassured.

Alina care for my Dad of whom have been excellent in all care for him, without the care in place for my Dad I feel that he would not be with us today as he had given up on life since losing his wife/my mom. He turned to drink more and his hygiene was not good, some nights he would not go home and sleep on benches, also he was in and out of hospital due to falls. Since Alina care have been caring for him he has turned a corner - his hygiene now is excellent, his wellbeing overall has come on excellently, and feel this has been achieved by Alina care and should be very proud of all staff. All in all, I could not ever be able to thank every member of staff for all they have done and continue to care for my Dad, and would recommend to all. Thank you Alina Homecare.

The team from Alina Homecare Bromsgrove who looked after in the first instance both of my parents were amazing. Very caring and my parents looked on them as part of their extended family. For the last 5-years, I could not have coped without Alina Homecare. Through my illness, the death of a close family member, the carers have been my rock. I know I can phone Alina Homecare day or night, and they will be the support I need.

Since my husband who suffers with Dementia was hospitalised with pneumonia, we have received a wonderful service from this highly well-organised company. Alina Homecare Bromsgrove run a very professional team. They have provided a fantastic service to both of us, always friendly and good-humoured. They fulfilled their obligations amazingly during the pandemic when at times, they were inevitably short-staffed. The carers are always happy, smiling, so patient and kind to my husband and he reacts in such a positive way to them. This is despite the anonymity of the face masks and visors! Even though they work to a strict timetable, the carers always seem to have time for any requests or help. They provide a fantastic service to us. My husband now has a more regular team of carers which breeds the familiarity which Dementia sufferers need. We really appreciate this. We have carers now in the morning and evening, which suits our needs. I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

We have been using Alina Homecare services since October 2020 due to my wife having MS and Dementia. The first services we used were companion care provided and attended mainly by one member of staff in particular. Extremely impressed with everything done by her and the other care workers. Services provided after December includes companion care and twice-daily visits. Pleasant staff and everyone involved in my wife's care a true lifeline and a demanding job which everyone in attendance never shows signs of not wanting to assist. We have all taken a liking to everyone who has visited and always a pleasure to see each of them. Highly recommend this company. Thank you so so much.

A very professional and friendly company. They are very caring to my mum. They contact me if ever there is a problem. I get sent a weekly rota with the names and times the carers will be calling. They regularly review mum's needs. All in all a wonderful service, I would highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with the service provided. We have never had any problems with times of visits. When we have had problems with Mom's health, they are so quick to react to the situation and contact us. Always able to contact them even out of hours. Mom is always happy to see them, they always treat her like she is their own family. They have also given the family so much support when we have needed advice. All the carers that come to see to my wife are very caring and polite; she can be very hard to deal with at times, but the staff are very good with her. They tell me when she needs anything doing or order tablets/cream for her.

Brilliant care, always smiling and polite, my mom has a great rapport with the carers, highly recommend. Always willing to help and my mother is so happy with care and support. Always on time and if not, we are notified by the manager. Thanks.

My dad has been having regular care from Alina for nearly 6 months. He consistently sees the same carers, and I get sent a rota every week, so I know who is going. As he has dementia so having the same carers most days is great, as he needs people who can get to know him, and can deal with the sometimes strange things that are consequences of his illness. When I have needed to speak to the office to change the days we have the carers, I have found the company to be very flexible, always helping me if we need extra help and not charging me if I have cancelled care for any reason, for example taking Dad on holiday. If I've asked the carers to do any specific jobs they have been happy to help. I was really apprehensive about choosing care for my dad, but having Alina visit has given me great peace of mind and relieved pressure on us as a family allowing my dad to stay at home safely, which is what he wants.

Our relatively independent 93 year old mother suffered a catastrophic fall back in April 2020, rendering her completely dependent upon others to meet her most basic needs. In possession of her mental faculties, Mum (and we) had to come to terms with her being hoisted, which was a massive adjustment to make both physical and emotional. My sister and I can confirm that the high dependency package of care provided by Alina is second to none, having witnessed their kindness, respect and compassion first hand. New to the concept of home care, the day we managed to transfer our mother's care to Alina was a day for celebration. Everyone we spoke to prior echoed the same comment 'Your mum will be in safe hands with Alina.' Carers are clearly highly experienced, confident and efficient, yet our mother confirms she never feels rushed, which is reassuring. Both carers and office colleagues are friendly and willing to listen and react to any questions we may have. We are 100% happy with Alina of Bromsgrove.

I am very grateful for the care and dedication of the staff throughout these very difficult times. The staff are well trained. I like having regular carers who understand my care needs. I was particularly impressive when one of my carers reacted very quickly during an emergency and called the paramedics when I needed help.

The communication from the office has been brilliant - I have always been informed when there is a problem, and equally, when I have wanted something, they have been quick to help.
