A carer has provided excellent service every day, including Christmas Day and other bank holidays.

Assessment team very good also, but found the finance team (HQ) not so amenable, especially for those who do not use technology.

Dad is extremely happy with the care he is receiving. And very happy with the carers who make him laugh! Lovely to see him exchange with the carers. Feel Dad is in safe hands who look out for Dad. After having such a bad experience before Alina Homecare. Dad is a self-funder but not a man with plenty. Unfortunately not able to discuss money with Dad so that is my only worry with the care!

Following a fall during the earlier part of last year, my wife suffered severe depression caused by a lengthy stay in hospital. Having received some initial care we sort further help and were referred to Alina Homecare and found them to be most professional in the initial contact with us. Since agreeing to accept what was agreed have been more than pleased with their service of care. We have found the office staff very pleasant and resolved any query to our satisfaction. The carers themselves give a service of care second to none. They are always very cheerful polite and on time. My wife and I are very pleased with the care that has been given and would not hesitate to recommend Alina Homecare to friends or family in the future. Another service liked is the rota sent weekly advising of names of carers and time due the following week.

Alina Homecare Bromsgrove have provided care support for my wife for about seven months. The service we have received has been exemplary and cannot be faulted. Should we require help in the future I would have no hesitation in asking Alina to provide it.

My wife has suffered with a health problem for a number of years, eventually requiring me to become her carer. Alina care is a brilliant organisation. The care team are polite, helpful and they can't do enough for my mother. They always keep me informed. Also, help with doctors' appointments. The staff at Alina Homecare have been very attentive to my mother's care and needs they go above and beyond the call of duty, giving a very personal caring standard of care. We were so lucky when we picked Alina Homecare, they were all experienced and caring people. They were local people so could talk to mom about things in the past making mom's acceptance to have carers in her home. They built up a wonderful relationship with mom which was so lovely, as they understood her needs completely. They would play Elvis Presley music for mom and sing, dance, joke and have some great fun with mom. This made everything that mom was going through so much easier for mom and the family to deal with. Alina Homecare was recommended to us. From the initial enquiry and assessment through to visits and the end of their service provision we found them to be professional and very caring. The office staff were helpful in arranging visits and the care provided was done with my mum's wishes and safety as a priority. The same carers were provided where possible and I valued the support and friendliness shown to me as well as my mum.

Following a professional recommendation, we chose Alina to care for our mother whilst she still lived at home alone independently; they provided care for approximately 2 years. During this time, through all my dealings with Alina, I found all the staff whether office-based or not, to be very professional and exceptionally caring. My Mum isn’t the easiest to please but once she got to know the regular carers well, she appreciated their visits along with the compassion and care they provided. On the odd occasion I was there at the time of the visits, I was taken aback by the amazing patience, compassion, and professionalism of the carers. The dedication to their cause is humbling. Despite not being able to compare to other care providers, I would fully recommend Alina.

Alina Homecare really do care about my Auntie and always go the extra mile to make sure she is safe and comfortable. Whether that is notifying us when they pick up when talking to her that she is being targeted by rogue traders to personally coming and getting cash from me to give to my aunt, as she had run out, as I could not leave the house due to isolation and there was no one else to get the money for her. They are also flexible and always happy to give advice on where my aunt can get help. They always turn up to appointments on time and my aunt has never had any problems with any of the carers. They are all really kind and helpful and have formed a bond with my aunt over the years. Thank you Alina Homecare. My aunt would not be able to stay in her own home without your help.

Also a special mention to the lovely lady who did the companionship visits. She always kept my mother busy, happy and chatting, sometimes even singing, during her visits.
