We pride ourselves on providing excellent quality Home Care at competitive prices.
The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

My wife has suffered with a health problem for a number of years, eventually requiring me to become her carer. After a fall earlier in the year and hospitalisation, additional assistance was required. Alina Homecare have provided that in a professional, friendly and positive manner. The daily visits
make the day easier for us and all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Alina Homecare Bromsgrove have provided care support for us for nine months and based on their overall quality and reliability we have now increased their weekly hours of service provision to better serve our changing needs. Punctuality, reliability and continuity within the core carer team allocated
to us have been key elements for the provision of quality care and Alina Bromsgrove have worked well to deliver on all aspects despite the increased demands and challenges faced by care service providers. Alina's local Manager and her team have always proved most helpful and professional in their dealings with us, responding positively to any enquiry or issue raised for clarification or attention. Alina care is a brilliant organisation. The care team are polite, helpful and they can't do enough for my mother. They always keep me informed. Also, help with doctors' appointments. We are so pleased with Alina care, I would recommend them to anyone with loved ones who need that little extra day-to-day

The staff at Alina Homecare have been very attentive to my mother's care and needs they go above and beyond the call of duty, giving a very personal caring standard of care. It is so much more than a job to them. The staff genuinely care and it shows, even when they don't have time as they are needed

Alina Homecare provided home support to my great Aunt from February 21 through to late November when she sadly passed away. Throughout that time all of the staff did all they could to help my Aunt feel safe and comfortable at home. I always felt confident that they would provide a high standard of care

We have been so impressed with the level of care and professionalism shown by Alina. They stepped in immediately when we were let down so badly by our previous care provider, caring for both Dad and Mum. They provided both personal care and companionship and went "the extra mile" to entertain Mum who
not only had dementia but was blind. Knowing Mum and Dad were in safe hands meant we could cope. Thank you to all carers for an excellent homecare service.

We were so lucky when we picked Alina Homecare, they were all experienced and caring people. They were local people so could talk to mom about things in the past making mom's acceptance to have carers in her home. They built up a wonderful relationship with mom which was so lovely, as they understood
her needs completely. They would play Elvis Presley music for mom and sing, dance, joke and have some great fun with mom. This made everything that mom was going through so much easier for mom and the family to deal with. We all benefitted from their support and are an amazing company and team, who were always contactable by phone and ready to support us in any way they could. Thank you so much.

Alina Homecare was recommended to us. From the initial enquiry and assessment through to visits and the end of their service provision we found them to be professional and very caring. The office staff were helpful in arranging visits and the care provided was done with my mum's wishes and safety as
a priority. The same carers were provided where possible and I valued the support and friendliness shown to me as well as my mum.

Following a professional recommendation, we chose Alina to care for our mother whilst she still lived at home alone independently; they provided care for approximately 2 years. During this time, through all my dealings with Alina, I found all the staff whether office-based or not, to be very professional
and exceptionally caring. My Mum isn’t the easiest to please but once she got to know the regular carers well, she appreciated their visits along with the compassion and care they provided. On the odd occasion I was there at the time of the visits, I was taken aback by the amazing patience, compassion, and professionalism of the carers. The dedication to their cause is humbling. Despite not being able to compare to other care providers, I would fully recommend Alina.

Alina Homecare really do care about my Auntie and always go the extra mile to make sure she is safe and comfortable. Whether that is notifying us when they pick up when talking to her that she is being targeted by rogue traders to personally coming and getting cash from me to give to my aunt, as she
had run out, as I could not leave the house due to isolation and there was no one else to get the money for her. They are also flexible and always happy to give advice on where my aunt can get help. They always turn up to appointments on time and my aunt has never had any problems with any of the carers. They are all really kind and helpful and have formed a bond with my aunt over the years. Thank you Alina Homecare. My aunt would not be able to stay in her own home without your help.

Found all the Alina Homecare Bromsgrove staff extremely helpful and friendly, especially the carers who attended the home visits for my mother. They were all professional, attentive and extremely friendly. After each visit, my mother was always saying how wonderful they were. They all did a fantastic
job, cannot praise them enough.
Also a special mention to the lovely lady who did the companionship visits. She always kept my mother busy, happy and chatting, sometimes even singing, during her visits.

Alina Homecare Bromsgrove has been providing care for my Mum for almost a year and whilst she was initially resistant to the whole idea, she very quickly began to enjoy and look forward to both the companionship and the necessary care provided by the carers. The carers that I and my sister have met
are all genuinely lovely and really seem to have mum’s best interests at heart. Even throughout the lockdowns, the carers have always been reliable and mum has never been let down. All dealings with the company have been a pleasure: efficient and flexible and always keen to help if they can.

All of the carers we've had visit to look after my mom have been amazing. They all perform a very high level of care and I can't even pick a small point they would need to improve on. Even more surprising is that my mother hasn't had a bad word to say about any of them, and she is extremely fussy and
is a nitpicker at the smallest things she doesn't like. So all in all, they're fantastic!

Overall I am very satisfied with the care my husband has received from Alina Homecare Bromsgrove. Occasionally, he does not get the full half an hour evening visit. That time is important for me to catch up on a few chores or recharge my batteries with a coffee so that he can be kept safe before I take
over and stay with him upstairs.
