All Care (GB) Ltd Southampton Branch provides a domiciliary care service to enable people living in Southampton to maintain their independence at home.

Risks to people's health and well-being are assessed and action is taken to ensure people are provided with safe care and support, for example, equipment is requested to ensure staff can help people to move safely.

People's health, medicines and nutritional needs are known and staff follow the guidance in people's care plans to ensure they provide effective and consistent support.

Overall Experience

Very good carers. They are very polite and caring with my personal care. Also helps the days pass with ease with chatting and having a laugh, always look smart in uniform and very respectful with my property. I always look forward to them coming on all visits. Keep up the great work you do all carers.

Compared to my previous carers that weren't good at all, it is a breath of fresh air being with all care. The staff are caring and nice and helpful.

Overall Experience
The care and attention given to my mother during her time under the care of All Care was excellent. She always looked forward to seeing her carers and appreciated the help they provided.
She had her favourites, I won't mention their names, but they did attend her funeral, for which she would have been very pleased, as were our family.

I'd like to thank you all for your help in looking after my mother right up to the end.
