Bluebird Care have been wonderful, they provided at very last minute, live-in care for my dad following an operation. The care and support that was provided was spot-on for his needs and management were always quick to respond to any queries.

Bluebird Care have been amazing in helping Dad to stay in his home for longer. He loved all the carers and looked forward to their visits every day.
The carer has been amazing from her first visit to arrange Dad's care to making arrangements when Dad left to go into a home. She is always quick to
respond to queries and has always put our minds at rest. I cannot recommend Bluebird Care enough!

Bluebird provides excellent care for my mum and all members of the team are a pleasure to deal with - both those that come to her house and everyone in the main office. Mum's regular carer is particularly good at cooking her a delicious meal and she enjoys his company. Living over 3 hours away from
Mum, I feel reassured Bluebird are 100% reliable and will be there to care for Mum when she needs it. The management staff are very responsive to requests, efficient and easy to discuss Mum's care with. Thank you, everyone...you are all very much appreciated.

I have finally got round to saying that big thank you for supporting my mother and myself over the years that you cared for her and particularly over the last two when her situation became very difficult. She did not want to go into a care home and you managed to help me avoid that.
I knew I could
always rely on you to turn up whatever else was happening, be on time, cheerful and efficient. The care was always completed before leaving, often going beyond what was expected and performed in a kind and patient manner, even when Mum was perhaps not the easiest. You helped her keep her dignity and as much independence as she could have.
You were a such a great support for myself too, you give a bespoke service, nothing was ever too much trouble, never once did I feel we were too much, any problem thrown your way was solved. I could not have done it without you, you were brilliant.

Bluebird have provided excellent care for my late wife for many years. I asked them to do the same for me as I live on my own. Also, unlike other carers, they are happy to send a carer for 45 minutes rather than a minimum of two hours.

My mum has been receiving care from Bluebird for several years and regarded the carers as her second family. They have consistently shown her love and helped her keep a good degree of independence and given her companionship as well as a high standard of care. The office, too, have been incredibly supportive
and efficient in liaising with the GP and pharmacy on medications where needed. Anything needed was always slotted into place so quickly. I have never had to wait for the phone to be answered. I cannot really write the peace of mind that this care has afforded me while I was at a distance. I have to say a particular thank you to the carers who were with my mum on the day of her passing, the love, dignity and gentleness that they gave to her before and when the ambulance crews arrived were as if she was their own mother. They have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot rate Bluebird highly enough, I will always be grateful to them.

Bluebirds have been outstanding.
My mother was in a very difficult place emotionally and physically. My father was needing increasing support and a brief hospital stay made us all realise that my mother being the only career was not sustainable.
Bluebirds stepped in within 3 weeks to turn this situation
around and the professionalism and training of each carer have been “breathtaking”.
I live overseas and to be able to keep track on the app of what the carers are doing is incredibly reassuring.
It’s difficult to put into words how much “peace of mind” having Bluebirds backup is giving me.

We all appreciate that the first week of my husband's homecoming from a Nursing Home to Live in Care with Bluebird did not exactly go to plan due to the fact the carer put in place tested positive for COVID the day before he was due to start with us!
However, we just wanted to say thank you to all
involved for making things work. After a week our carer is now with us and settling in. Everyone worked so hard and effectively to make sure we had the support we needed during a difficult handover and this is an immense accolade to all the staff team who worked together to achieve it. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt secure in the knowledge everything would be sorted. All at Bluebird, who we have met, are very caring, special and dedicated people and they should be very proud of what they do and how much they help and reassure 'wife' carers like myself.

I am very pleased with the quality of care my brother is receiving from Bluebird. He has a very able and kind live-in carer who is backed up by friendly and very capable visiting carers. My brother tells me he is being very well looked after. The office team have been excellent in supporting my brother's
care.

We have used Bluebird twice now, last summer and previously in 2011. Each unbearably awful experience we were going through was helped in every possible way by everyone concerned at Bluebird, from the owners through to all carers. They are all deeply caring, committed to their jobs, and use a mix of
empathy, kindness and practicality, with a dash of humour thrown in to provide light relief when needed (and this is a special skill, knowing when this will help a family in crisis, for which they should be commended). We cannot recommend them highly enough. Exceptional, customised, very much appreciated care - many thanks.

I have used Bluebird from 2018 to the present day to provide care for my parents. In summary, the level of care has been excellent. Initially, Bluebird provided care/cleaning services a couple of times a week. Then the care moved to 24hr/daycare for my dad. Now a carer comes in 4 times/a day every
day. Throughout I have been impressed with the quality of the carers and the managers/support staff. The support staff are quick to get hold of me to resolve any issues.
An example of the level of care: My dad was in hospital during COVID and the hospital staff could not get my Dad to eat so his live-in carer went into the hospital to feed my dad. Note, this was pre-vaccinations.

As my mum's health began to deteriorate, it became clear I needed to engage the service of a Care company to support me as I was also working full time. I found Bluebird through a referral and at no point in our relationship have I had cause to doubt my decision. It was an incredibly difficult time
but the care from Bluebird was just exceptional and although mum resisted early on, having been a very independent 92-year-old, she was won over by every one of the carers that supported her. They were always friendly, went over and above to make sure she had what she needed and never more so than when sadly mum was moved to a hospital bed and that changed her needs... they were just brilliant. I will go so far to say that without them, life would have been very different for both mum and I.
Although the times are incredibly tough for the Care Profession, Bluebird never let me down and communicated well when things did have to change either their side or mine. Thanks is not enough!

I engaged the services of Bluebird Care for my mother who was struggling to cope during lockdown. She was unable to carry out general chores herself and required assistance with meal preparation and medication. All of the care staff that visit her are fantastic and brighten her day. The communication
and support from the office team has been first class too. Everyone has been very friendly and efficient at all times.

Just a brief note to thank Bluebird Care South Bucks, South Wycombe & Slough for providing excellent care at home for my father for the last few months. I cannot fault these guys. Mum is so well looked after. She has total confidence in her carers. The family is so grateful to be able to spend quality time with Mum now that her care is in the hands of professionals. We can do things we enjoy with her now rather than just worrying about whether she

I became ill at the beginning of March and Bluebird Care were very quick to respond to my needs. They were able to provide me with live-in care at short notice to see me through a very difficult time.
The care I received was second to none. My carer liaised with my surgery and pharmacy on my behalf,
I am very hard of hearing so this reduced my stress levels greatly. She collected prescriptions, samples and medication at a time where I was unable to leave the house. She made me feel so safe and that my welfare was the most important thing during her stay with me.

We have always been very pleased with the quality of care provided to our mum by Bluebird. She has visits 4x per day and gets on really well with the carers. Staff in the office are responsive, polite and helpful, and whenever there are issues that need resolving the care manager/coordinator is always
quick to reassure and do whatever she can to help.

My son has 6 hours of care a day from Bluebird Care he has been recovering from an operation and the carers he has received are excellent very caring they have been doing baking, exercise with him as part of his recovery. They ensure he eats and drinks throughout their visit takes his medication on
time. They do activities with him to help his recovery also help him join online activities with his care professionals. They keep his house clean and go over and above each day. He so enjoys their company and looks forward to their visit each day. Without their care and compassion, I don’t feel he would have recovered so quickly.
