We have always been very pleased with the quality of care provided to our mum by Bluebird. She has visits 4x per day and gets on really well with the carers. Staff in the office are responsive, polite and helpful, and whenever there are issues that need resolving the care manager/coordinator is always quick to reassure and do whatever she can to help.
All of us at Bluebird Care want to express our gratitude and appreciation for your kind words. It is always heartening for all staff to learn that our customers and their family members are satisfied with our service levels and that the service we provide is having a positive impact on those we care for.
My son has 6 hours of care a day from Bluebird Care he has been recovering from an operation and the carers he has received are excellent very caring they have been doing baking, exercise with him as part of his recovery. They ensure he eats and drinks throughout their visit takes his medication on time. They do activities with him to help his recovery also help him join online activities with his care professionals. They keep his house clean and go over and above each day. He so enjoys their company and looks forward to their visit each day. Without their care and compassion, I don’t feel he would have recovered so quickly.
We are delighted that the care we provide for your son is helping his recovery from an operation and that he looks forward to the visits by our care staff. We will ensure that all the care staff involved are made aware of your comments. They will be very pleased indeed to hear that enjoys the activities.
They listened to my parent's needs, worked with us all as a family and enabled my frail mother to remain at home until shortly before her death.

Bluebird has been providing 4 daily domiciliary care visits for my mother since 2015 and has been tremendous throughout. Just recently, we had a crisis which meant we thought that mum, aged 100, would have to go into temporary residential care. Bluebird pulled out all the stops and at very short notice provided a live-in carer. This meant that mum could stay safely at home, which was an enormous relief to her and us. I honestly can't fault the carers or the agency. They are quick to respond, reliable and kind. It doesn't get better than that.

Bluebird Care has looked after my 95-year-old Dad for the last 15 months, firstly with morning visits and latterly, also with evening visits. In one easy sentence, I can not fault them. The care that Dad has received has been wonderful. The care team have treated Dad with the utmost respect, they are kind, friendly, efficient and professional. Of course, my Dad had his favourites but my gratitude goes out to them all. Not only that, but I would also like to comment on the office staff who again have been so efficient and exceptionally helpful, especially in a crisis. They too have always had a kind and friendly manner and kept us very well informed. I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone.

We believe that the general level of care has enhanced and even lengthened the life of the patient. When it has been necessary to go into hospital, it is always good to get him back into his home surrounds where the often inevitable consequences of a hospital stay (bedsores, diet deficiencies) are dealt with as soon as possible and his health is returned to the best possible condition.
Carers are willing to go the extra mile and the extra effort of dealing with the Covid-19 issues has seen carers collect food and shop for us when deliveries were impossible. Thanks.

My mother has been well looked after by Bluebird Care. There are some really stand out carers within their team, and my mum looks forward to seeing them, as they make her day happier as well as more comfortable. Bluebird have always been very flexible in their care arrangements, adding new visits if needed in emergencies and also allowing me to reduce as needed. The management team have been kind and responsive when my mother has fallen and in one case they even came from the office to sit with her while the ambulance came as they did not want her to be on her own. They have responded well during COVID, ensuring the carers wear masks as my mother is being shielded due to her medical conditions. Bluebird Care - actually says what it does, as they do seem to be genuinely kind and caring.

Bluebird Care provided live-in care to my mother for over one year. All the carers were kind, competent and professional and they felt like members of the family. They treated Mum with respect and always ensured her dignity was preserved. Their care even extended to Mum's little dog who received a lot love and attention. If ever there was a problem, the management and supervisors were very prompt in resolving it with my mother's and the carers' welfare uppermost. My sister and I had the utmost confidence in Bluebird Care and would like to take this opportunity to thank them all. We have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care.

I am a 97 year old disabled. I live at home and I am helped greatly by Bluebird (Slough and South Bucks) in pursuing an independent life as possible. Bluebird staff is competent and courteous. Clearly Bluebird has a highly efficient recruitment and training policy. Bluebird assesses the needs of clients thoroughly and goes out of their way to match carers to clients so that professional but friendly relationships develop. Professional care at home means that my mum remains well and out of the hospital. At the same time, of course, Bluebird's continued service means my dad doesn't have to do the intimate care which he used to find so draining.
