We have found the carers to be both friendly, having time to talk to us, and efficient. They take a personal interest in us and grasp the situation each visit quickly. Their communication is good and once they get to know us, they now use their initiative to help us.
Overall we are pleased to have them and could not have managed without them!
Home Instead has been a lifeline to our family. The care has been professional and reliable. My sister has been treated with dignity and respect throughout. The care has been flexible, responding to the changing needs, with a eye for what is required. The carer is seen as a friend as much as a carer.
I can recommend Home Instead Senior Care (Oxford) - the care my mother has received has been outstanding from both the caregivers who are well matched and provide kind, thoughtful, reliable and professional care and the office team who communicate well, letting me know in advance of any changes in the schedule and are responsive to any queries I have. Most importantly, my mother is happy and we (her family) are confident that the care she receives enables her to live well at home independently - Thank you!

Home Instead is not just a business to me, but a key component in supporting our elderly community. My personal mission is to touch as many people's lives as I can on this journey as a Home Instead owner.
I joined Home Instead in 2022 as the General Manager, having worked in similar roles for a luxury retirement village and a private Therapeutic Clinic. When I'm not in the office, I'm usually found at home on our Cotswold farm, gardening & enjoying long dog walks.
Josh joined Home Instead as a Care Manager in January 2025.
I started with Home Instead in 2016 as an Administrator and have progressed in that time to the Head of People Experience across Swindon & Oxford.

I joined Home Instead in January 2017 as maternity cover and was appointed to my current role in March 2018. I have previously worked in the NHS and have a passion for ensuring that my clients receive the best care and support possible.
I love supporting our clients and their families to remain, happy, healthy & independent in their own homes. My role is to work alongside our Care Professionals to support them & also liaise with families and clients to organise their care packages.
