When anything is normal, I enjoy regular caregivers who know me and my requirements which I am delighted with. The office staff are always helpful should I have a reason to contact them.
They have been always pleasant and punctual.
All in all, the service has provided me with the care and support I have needed.
Carers very helpful and friendly. Sensitively encourage my mother to do more.

Meet the Team (13)
Sarah, the Managing Director, and super-woman of Home Instead Guildford & Woking. Everyone that knows Sarah knows she pours her heart and soul into the franchise, and it certainly pays off!
Here’s an excerpt from Sarah:
“Giving back to a community where so many desperately need our help and just need that extended family feeling has embraced everything I feel passionate about outside work. I have always felt that enveloping the family culture is really important. Watching your children grow, becoming young adults and then making families of their own gives you a sense of pride and contentment and extending this feeling to our clients, expands my very rooted family traditions. There will always be trials and tribulations in families but to encourage that unity is the ethos of Home Instead and I am incredibly lucky to be part of it.”

My name is Izzy, I joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in March last year and I absolutely loved visiting my regular clients. Michelle is now our Front of House and welcomes all our guests and Care Professionals when they come into the office.
