My standout impression of Liberty Care is the outstanding quality of all the carers employed by them. Over the 4 months they have been coming twice daily to do personal care for my brother, I have observed them being professional, patient, cheerful and genuinely caring. They are of different ages, personalities, life experiences etc but all, without exception, make the visit enjoyable for both of us. My brother looks forward to their visits and they always leave him in a cheerful mood. This ability to engage with people in difficult circumstances must be down to the selection of staff and the thorough training they are given and the high standards in place in the company. It is also evident to me that management carefully select the carers to match the needs of the client in the early stages. The initial interview is also used to make sure the carers can quickly engage the client - in my brother's case the carers sang and danced along with him - a magical transformation in 1 week!

I am extreemly happy with all the carers who are always pleasant & cheerful, the excellen When I contact the Liberty Care office, they are always polite and have time for me, I never feel as though I am being rushed. the way they treat me & the joyous & polite way they greet me. They are all extreemly competant & well knowledgable & very well caring. The office submit a time table for the following week every Friday by email.

I have been so pleased with the care received for my sister who has Dementia. Living 150 miles away we rely on Liberty care to ensure that she is able to be independent and continue to live in her home as she doesn't want to move into a care home. The Liberty girls are so caring and provide the support she needs, in a dignified and helpful way, the fact they make time for a chat on each visit is an important part of their service. Whenever we have needed to make contact with the Liberty care office they have always responded quickly and in a helpful manner. I don't know how my sister would manage without their support. Excellent service, thank you all at Liberty.

Excellent care from the very start. Liberty Care looked after my late Mum with the best, kind and very thoughtful attitude. My Mum looked forward to their visits and enjoyed her daily sing along with the staff. She grew so fond of them she always use to say when they were leaving, please take care, I need you and never forget you are my caring ladies. I cannot praise Liberty Care enough, they became part of our family. When Mum sadly passed away, lots of the ladies came to say their goodbyes. I even mentioned and thanked them in Mum's eulogy. How lucky were we my brother and myself to have had such an excellent care package for our lovely Mum.

We cannot praise too highly the service we receive from Liberty Care. Both the administration and staff operate to an unfailingly high standard. Any of the few issues we have raised with them have been dealt with immediately and courteously. The carers are always professional and treat both my husband and myself with friendliness and care.

Liberty cared for my dad over the last two years of his life. The care he received was excellent, all the carers understood dad's needs and were always friendly with him, he enjoyed their company. If there were any issues or concerns Liberty would contact us to discuss. In addition they use the app which we could log onto each day to check how dad was doing and again if there were any concerns they would be logged on there including photos if required. We are very grateful to the whole team for the care they gave dad, it made it so much easier for him and us during these last couple of years.

Been received support from Liberty Care Flintshire for 3 years. All the staff are excellent and treat me with respect and dignity and make a difference in my life, have a laugh and a joke uplift my day. The carers come out in all weather and help everyday.

If you need carers you are probably not at your cheerful best. Liberty Care not only provide the best care possible for my wife, they keep her happy and cheerful. The laughter from her room when the two carers are in there brightens up our home. She looks forward to their visits whether she is in pain or not. Both management and staff are very helpful particularly when they adapt their visits to fit in with things like hospital visits. I cannot commend Liberty Care enough for the care they give to my wife and myself.

Both parents receive care at home from the wonderful Liberty care team. They are very professional, respectful and bring joy and that little bit extra to their day. They take time to really understand their clients' needs and share support to us as a family caring. Thank you Team Liberty Care Diolch!

I was recommended Liberty Care by my sister-in-law when my wife came out of hospital and I have found the ladies in the care team who call 4 times a day friendly and supportive. They keep me informed of any changes in my wife's condition and any concerns I pass on to the District Nurses. I notice they also keep an eye on me, am I coping ok?. We are very pleased with the service they give and I could not possibly manage without them. Thank you Liberty Care. Excellent.

I wish to record the excellent care given to my wife during the past year by Liberty Care, Mold. This has made a big difference to the quality of not only my wife's life but mine also. Worth a mention also, our surprise at receiving a visit last Sunday morning by a carer in the most atrocious weather conditions. Well done.

I was recommended Liberty Care by two of my friends who can't speak highly enough of the company. I am thrilled with the care and kindness shown to my mum. Although my mum only has two visits a week, the ladies are always kind caring and supportive and help Mum with small tasks in the house but they also have great chats and laughs. She enjoys seeing each one of them and being as I've recently had some surgery, their visits have been peace of mind for me. A great friendly and professional company. Thank you.

We are able to keep up to date with the app, the carers show concern for my mum when she is a bit down or feeling unwell, offering lots of advice, they make her laugh and make the visit a lot of fun while taking their work very seriously, we could not do without them.

We have found all the carers to be very helpful and instruct me to contact the district nurses if they are concerned anything medical that should be raised with them.

There is good communication to myself about how things are or any concerns they have. The app is a superb tool to have and it's a relief for me knowing dad is being well looked after.

Liberty Care have been helpful and responsive since our first point of contact. Mum's care plan has been fulfilled 100% in terms of attendance at allocated times. The level of care she has received has been first-class. Carers are kind and patient with both Mum and Dad. Mum is the one receiving the care but both Mum and Dad look forward to the care visits because it brightens their day. The carers not only do their job, they go above and beyond by being chatty and bringing some joy into Mum and Dad's daily life which has changed dramatically since Mum had her stroke.

I appreciate all of you and without your help, I don’t know where we would be.

Liberty Care is the most brilliant care provider. Their staff are excellent, totally reliable and genuinely caring. I honestly couldn't have coped without them. Mum has been delighted with all of the staff she has met. Every contact we have with the company is dealt with very professionally, which gives us confidence that the care visits are of the same high standard. The fact that we can see a pretty much real-time record of the visit on the app is such a bonus. We’re very impressed with them.
