I've found each of the carers attending to my father very friendly, caring and helpful. Initially, my father wondered why they weren't always on time, but now he understands that, just as his requirements may vary from day to day, so do other people's. Now he's had time to get used to different people coming into his house, he's much more settled.

Liberty Care is our go-to home care provider whenever we go away on holiday and need someone to check in on my father. Originally recommended by a friend, we've now been using their services for the past two years for cover ranging from a few days to a month at a time. This extra peace of mind, helps us enjoy our holidays and ensures my father has a regular visitor. Arranging cover is easy and Liberty Care are flexible if plans change - which has happened a couple of times. The staff members working for Liberty Care are polite, cheerful and very efficient. Again, this is a significant factor when we have come to re-book their services.

Carers are friendly and we enjoy a laugh with them which is a great way to start the day. We know they are reliable and understand our son's physical needs. They have formed a good relationship with him and us and care about us all. They are always professional. During the recent bad weather, they haven't once let us down. The office staff are friendly and helpful and any query is quickly dealt with. We are regularly asked to provide feedback on the care that they provide which is most reassuring. The fact that they are a local company enhances the experience. We all value the care they provide and the manner in which it is provided.

Due to Mum's deteriorating health since a hip replacement in October 2021, as a family, we became reliant on Liberty Care providing support for Mum when we were unable to due to work and other family commitments. The team were very good with Mum providing her with all the help and support she required. I would like to thank you all for your support looking after Mum and wish you all the best for the New Year.

We can't fault the Liberty Care Team. My dad has gone from strength to strength since coming out of hospital. Liberty Care have given him the confidence to stay at home which is so important for him. He looks forward to their visits, they always make him laugh and smile and feel very much a part of the family. As his daughter, I get the reassurance he is being looked after whilst I am at work. This care team have big hearts and we cannot praise them enough. They make such an incredible difference to my dad's life and mine and we can't thank them enough.

We will miss them all greatly and could not recommend them enough. The high levels of organisation, amazing care and in-depth knowledge of their clients’ needs makes them an invaluable part of many people’s lives. Thank you again for all you have done for my nan and my family.

Personally, I think mum has been very lucky having Liberty as her care provider. Mum appreciates the care they give her not just the main care given but the little things they do as well. Be it a nightie placed on the radiator for the coming night, or on the bed call itself when the carer says night night god bless. May sound like such a simple thing but means the world to my mum. Thank you.

Libertycare have looked after my mother for several years and provided first-class home care throughout. Despite her advancing Alzheimer's, my mother always looks forward to her carers' visits. As well as performing their prescribed tasks professionally, carers understand the importance of having a chat and engaging with my mum. The management team in the office are always approachable and excellent at communicating any changes relevant to her care. Recently my mother's needs have become more complex, the reason she is able to remain happy and well-cared for in her own home is down to the brilliant support she receives from Liberty Care.

People are always asking me what I think of my carers at Liberty Care. I always reply that they are simply the best. I tell everyone I meet how good they are. I have got nicknames for most of my carers, and they like it, some get upset that they have not got one. From the Boss to every carer that comes to assist me, you are and always will be simply the best. Thank you.

Would like to thank all the carers they are wonderful with mum, always have time to help with the jobs that need to be done. They are kind and considerate with her even if she doesn't always remember who they are and they make her feel special. They always have a little chat with mum which she enjoys very much and changes the TV channel if she wants something different on TV as she can't remember how to do it. I wouldn't be able to carry on working if it wasn't for these wonderful carers and managers. They are the best.
