Carers are friendly and we enjoy a laugh with them which is a great way to start the day. We know they are reliable and understand our son's physical needs. They have formed a good relationship with him and us and care about us all. They are always professional. During the recent bad weather, they haven't
once let us down. The office staff are friendly and helpful and any query is quickly dealt with. We are regularly asked to provide feedback on the care that they provide which is most reassuring. The fact that they are a local company enhances the experience. We all value the care they provide and the manner in which it is provided.

Due to Mum's deteriorating health since a hip replacement in October 2021, as a family, we became reliant on Liberty Care providing support for Mum when we were unable to due to work and other family commitments. The team were very good with Mum providing her with all the help and support she required.
I would like to thank you all for your support looking after Mum and wish you all the best for the New Year.

We can't fault the Liberty Care Team. My dad has gone from strength to strength since coming out of hospital. Liberty Care have given him the confidence to stay at home which is so important for him. He looks forward to their visits, they always make him laugh and smile and feel very much a part of
the family. As his daughter, I get the reassurance he is being looked after whilst I am at work. This care team have big hearts and we cannot praise them enough. They make such an incredible difference to my dad's life and mine and we can't thank them enough.

I and my family are all so grateful to Liberty Care for the care, support and kindness from every single member of the team. They looked after my nan for six years and until the very end when she sadly passed away in January. She thought the absolute world of them all and always looked forward to seeing
them throughout the day. They knew exactly how she liked things - especially her matching outfits and pearls on in the morning! They played a huge part in my nan's life and also ours as a family with regular chats and communication on visits.
We will miss them all greatly and could not recommend them enough. The high levels of organisation, amazing care and in-depth knowledge of their clients’ needs makes them an invaluable part of many people’s lives. Thank you again for all you have done for my nan and my family.

Personally, I think mum has been very lucky having Liberty as her care provider. Mum appreciates the care they give her not just the main care given but the little things they do as well. Be it a nightie placed on the radiator for the coming night, or on the bed call itself when the carer says night
night god bless. May sound like such a simple thing but means the world to my mum. Thank you.

Liberty Care have provided services to my mother (now aged 96 years and housebound by physical frailty) since she was discharged from hospital care after a fall in 2019.
The standard of care that they have provided has been excellent throughout. The carers who visit my mother show real concern and
compassion for her and have been the crucial factor in enabling her to remain in her own home.
They are always available to me when I need to ask questions or raise issues about my mother's needs and have dealt with me on every occasion in a helpful, friendly and professional manner.
I cannot recommend them too highly.

Libertycare have looked after my mother for several years and provided first-class home care throughout. Despite her advancing Alzheimer's, my mother always looks forward to her carers' visits. As well as performing their prescribed tasks professionally, carers understand the importance of having a
chat and engaging with my mum. The management team in the office are always approachable and excellent at communicating any changes relevant to her care. Recently my mother's needs have become more complex, the reason she is able to remain happy and well-cared for in her own home is down to the brilliant support she receives from Liberty Care.

I would highly recommend Liberty Care…they give me peace of mind that my dad is cared for when I can’t be there. They alert me to any issues my dad has from minor things such as running out of hot chocolate to worrying health issues like the outbreak of cellulitis.

I have nothing but praise for Liberty Care. They looked after my Mum for six years until she sadly passed away in January. They became part of our family and we could not have managed to keep Mum at home without them.
The carers are outstanding and supported Mum throughout her illness. They also supported
us towards the end and for that, we will be forever grateful. This care company provides excellent care and outstanding organisation. Many thanks for everything.

People are always asking me what I think of my carers at Liberty Care. I always reply that they are simply the best. I tell everyone I meet how good they are. I have got nicknames for most of my carers, and they like it, some get upset that they have not got one. From the Boss to every carer that comes
to assist me, you are and always will be simply the best. Thank you.

My mum has had the privilege of being provided with care from Liberty for the last two years.
Their service is second to none. Having previously used another provider she is so lucky to have Liberty Care.
They assist with her daily care, always have time for a chat and brighten Mums day as she sees
them as her friends.

Liberty Care provides good quality care to my mother. As I live 160 miles away from her it is essential that I can feel assured that my mother is safe and happy and able to stay in her own home, despite her being 95 years old.
My mother enjoys the company of all of the employees of Liberty who attend
four times per day. They attend to her needs as requested.

I am a paraplegic, in a wheelchair and have been very lucky to have had the care services of Liberty Care now since October 2017.
All of the staff, which includes the office staff have been amazing with me.
I am 54 years old and all of my carers have been brilliant with me, every one of them. Very
understanding for my needs and requests, helping me at all times with care and understanding, sympathy and even empathy at times.
I could not ask for any more from my carers, Liberty Care. I most definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Would like to thank all the carers they are wonderful with mum, always have time to help with the jobs that need to be done. They are kind and considerate with her even if she doesn't always remember who they are and they make her feel special. They always have a little chat with mum which she enjoys
very much and changes the TV channel if she wants something different on TV as she can't remember how to do it. I wouldn't be able to carry on working if it wasn't for these wonderful carers and managers. They are the best.

The staff that come to Mum do over and above what’s expected of them. They are kind, friendly and understanding of Mum's needs. Mum gets on well with all of her carers.
As well as the carers doing their job they always find the time to chat with Mum, which Mum enjoys.
