I found all the staff I dealt with to be very caring and understanding. I couldn't have asked for any more and would certainly recommend the agency to anyone in the future.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide this feedback. It means a great deal to the team and we are so happy to hear that you were happy with the Belong at Home service. Thanks again.
Belong at Home as a whole have provided an excellent service for my father. Individual carers are kind, compassionate and very efficient. The response from management has been equally excellent responding to any requests and changes in need.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It means a great deal to the team and it is a privilege to support our customers.
My father and I are very satisfied with the care he is receiving. The girls who come to the house are all friendly and helpful. They usually have time for a quick chat with Dad as well as doing all the chores. The office staff are very accommodating and will re-arrange services if I need to take Dad to the doctor or we go out for a family meal.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review of the Belong at Home service. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the service received and we will ensure your feedback is shared with the team. Kind regards.
My sincere thanks to the care managers at Belong at Home in Macclesfield this Christmas and New year. They responded unbelievably quickly and professionally to our family crisis at a time of need. They organised help at home for us at very short notice and went out of their way to put their team of dedicated care support workers in place for myself and my husband. We would have been in a mess without all their help. The care manager especially went above and beyond the call of duty and at a very busy time of year too. Thank you very much, it really is appreciated and we will continue with the care plan they have put in place.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review of the Belong at Home team in Macclesfield. We are delighted to know that the team were able to support you and your husband and we will share your feedback with them. Kind regards.
The job required is, therefore, practical but also psychological and this home care agency provides staff who have managed both aspects to a very high and impressive standard. The organisation behind their staff ensure times are met punctually.
I am a most grateful user of their services.
It will mean a great deal to the Belong at Home team to know they are making a difference and I will ensure your thoughts are shared with them.
Thank you once again for choosing Belong. Kind regards.
I have received care from Belong at Home for over 4 years and have always appreciated the quality of their care. All the carers maintain excellent standards and become like family friends. I enjoy hearing about their families and their 'pets' which they talk about whilst doing their routine. I don't know how they manage to find such lovely girls. They are all very welcome here.
Thank you very much for this lovely review. We really appreciate you taking the time to provide it and our Belong at Home team will be delighted to hear that you are happy with the service. Kind regards.
I find that all the persons who look after me do all that is necessary to enable me to function properly, which entails taking me to the shops and any necessary mid-week appointments. I no longer drive a car. The ratings I give below are about right - I prefer not to exaggerate because it would not be possible to allow for even better levels of service.
We are continuously looking at ways to improve the service and will share your feedback with the members of the team.
