What a team.

We couldn't be happier with how things are turning out with Belong at Home. The team are so kind and understanding; nothing is too much trouble. The care app is particularly helpful. I feel my own day can start once I know that Mum is alright and has been seen by a friendly face.

The carers who visit me are excellent. I feel that I am listened to and the carers give me the best care.

My experience with Belong has been wonderful. The staff are kind, caring and make me feel safe. They are always on time and work so hard. I would recommend them to anyone seeking this service. You are all such lovely people.

I cannot praise Nicola and her Care at home Staff enough. They came every afternoon to my mother in law. They prompted and assisted her making a cup of tea. They encouraged her to take short walks down the hallway with them and dance and sing to music on her Alexa. They went through her photo albums reminiscing with her. She loved playing dominoes and colouring in with the staff. Any concerns with her they rang me immediately. When she started to have lots of falls we had to transfer her into a care home and Belong Warrington was my obvious choice as we still had contact with the care at home staff whilst she was there. Sadly she passed away just before Christmas but we still in touch as we love going in the Bistro for lunch and catch up with Forshaw staff and Care in Home staff. The reception staff make everyone very welcome as they enter the reception area. Barry the Manager and all staff in each department give residents and their families exceptional care and support. The family have been extremely pleased with the care and support received by my mother. The staff are always friendly and helpful in everything they do. They are always punctual and go above and beyond to ensure that mum feels safe and cared for. The app is fantastic giving valuable information which enables the family to react immediately to any given situation. Mum was recently discharged from hospital and the warmth and support given to my mum helped he to soon settle back into living independently in her own flat All the carers know my mums needs and do above and beyond to help mum to live comfortably at home.

We have been using belong at home for mum for almost a year now. They have provided a sitting service to help us look after mum so my sister is able to continue to work from mums whilst caring for her. The staff have all been lovely and mum is happy in all their company. Office staff have also been fabulous, they recently helped us at very short notice and provided morning personal care for mum. The quality of staff is exceptional and mum enjoys their visits.

The care team that look after my mother in law are fabulous. They are so supportive of her needs, they are kind and gentle with her and take the time she needs. The team are so friendly and they always keep in contact with us which we really appreciate and the online portal is really helpful. We are extremely grateful to have the team from Belong at Home supporting us.

Cheerful carers who have made my wife feel that they genuinely care about her. They often go above and beyond in caring for her when she's not cooperative due to her dementia. They treat her as family.

My Mum has daily visits from the amazing team at Belong At Home. They provide for all her care needs and get her ready for the day ahead. It gives me and my sister peace of mind knowing that she is receiving such wonderful care.

She doesn't see these visits as an intrusion but welcomes them, which is brilliant.

We cannot say enough positive things about the care my mum has received from Belong at Home over the last few years. The commitment, kindness and professionalism of the staff has been superb. The Belong carers were able to anticipate mum's needs, help mum to engage in activities and keep mum safe and well turned out. We felt all the carers went above and beyond what would have hoped for. The communications on the app and directly was perfect. Notably mum's small group of carers hardly changed as Belong has low staff turnover. Huge thank you.

Grandad has gone from being independent to needing outside support very quickly and it has taken some time for him to adjust to his new routine but the team have been fab in working alongside us as a family to ease Grandad into his routine and allowing support. Nothing is too much trouble to ask! Gaynor really shines and goes above and beyond and some more! Her relationship with my Grandad is second to none and she is polite and genuine not with just Grandad but with the whole family if we are visiting - she is even a fan favourite with my youngest daughter! I really do feel reassured and have peace of mind when Gaynor is there.

Team Leader at belong Care at Home Didsbury has been very responsive and efficient in designing and delivering an enhanced care package for my friend, for whom I hold power of attorney. The carers who visit have established a good rapport with my friend. We are very pleased with the results which are enabling my friend to continue living with as much independence as possible.
