Every care assistant shows her support, and she feels so comfortable. I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being so supportive of mum. Am sure now her needs are being met by you all, which has took a huge amount of pressure off me. I know she is safe.

Belong Care at Home Didsbury provides an excellent service for my friend who has Alzheimer's ( and for whom I hold Power of Attorney). This has been extended to include a daily early morning visit to administer medications and take my friend by car to her favourite cafe for breakfast; and an accompanied visit to her favourite restaurant for lunch on Saturday. This is enabling my friend to continue to enjoy outings that give her a lot of pleasure. The Team Leader is always willing to consider new ways to support my friend.

We couldn't be happier with how things are turning out with Belong at Home. The team are so kind and understanding; nothing is too much trouble. The care app is particularly helpful. I feel my own day can start once I know that Mum is alright and has been seen by a friendly face.

I cannot praise Nicola and her Care at home Staff enough. They came every afternoon to my mother in law. They prompted and assisted her making a cup of tea. They encouraged her to take short walks down the hallway with them and dance and sing to music on her Alexa. They went through her photo...
I cannot praise Nicola and her Care at home Staff enough. They came every afternoon to my mother in law. They prompted and assisted her making a cup of tea. They encouraged her to take short walks down the hallway with them and dance and sing to music on her Alexa. They went through her photo albums reminiscing with her. She loved playing dominoes and colouring in with the staff. Any concerns with her they rang me immediately. When she started to have lots of falls we had to transfer her into a care home and Belong Warrington was my obvious choice as we still had contact with the care at home staff whilst she was there. Sadly she passed away just before Christmas but we still in touch as we love going in the Bistro for lunch and catch up with Forshaw staff and Care in Home staff. The reception staff make everyone very welcome as they enter the reception area. Barry the Manager and all staff in each department give residents and their families exceptional care and support.
