Belong Outreach provided excellent, fully compliant support during my mother's discharge from hospital. They communicated proactively with the hospital discharge team and offered clear guidance, ensuring the process was safe, well coordinated, and person-centred.

The transition from local authority care to the outreach service was smooth and well managed. The team was consistently professional and responsive, with my mother's needs central to both planning and delivery. They also supported our family throughout, which made a significant difference.

Belong's approach demonstrates high standards of safety, effectiveness, responsiveness, and care, delivered with professionalism and genuine consideration.

My father has received very good care from Belong at Home. The manager and some other staff members have been very helpful in going above and beyind their regular duties and being adaptable and flexible in different circumstsnces. They have taken dad to a hospital appointment, allowed him to call them directly when he wasn't feeling well, prepared his complicated favourite dessert for him, played scrabble with him and chatted to him. In ither words, as far as possible they have tried to do for him whatever is required at a given time. Of course they have also done the regular personal care tasks as well. My sisters and I don't live close by so the communication through the app is also very helpful. The manager also responds to emails very quickly. We are very grateful that dad is getting this support. My comments refer to all the help dad has had since he started with Belong at Home and not just May.

Didsbury BAH have gone the extra mile supporting family member. Being a small organisation makes the care they give personal and great to have a small number of familiar faces. They have been flexible in responding to some difficult situations and liaising with other people. Their communication has been excellent, and for family members who live at a distance use of the app is a great way to keep informed of key information for every visit.

My mother has benefited greatly from the weekly visits provided by belong at home.
The carers have been friendly and helped my mum access the shops, doctors appts etc .

Continuity of staff has been excellent which has helped my mum form a relationship with her main carer, occasionally there is a different staff member but this is not a frequent occurrence.

My mum has also had the opportunity now to visit the Care Home cafe which she has enjoyed.

Belong At Home have been fabulous for our dad. We do not live nearby and we have been using them for the last few months. The carers are kind, friendly and reliable. They regularly go the extra mile. They are flexible when things change and happy to do all sorts of jobs from collecting prescriptions, cleaning the bathroom, watering the plants, making zabaglione, playing scrabble, watering plants and changing catheter bags.
The App they use is also really helpful and means we are all in the loop as to what has been going on.

If you are in need of a home care provider I can thoroughly recommend Belong At Home.

Belong at Home has been wonderful in helping us as a family to support Mum in her own home after her dementia diagnosis. That is what she herself wanted and we feel so lucky to have found Belong. The caring and well-trained team is incredibly dedicated, creative, kind and resourceful. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them to others and know they will always have Mum’s best interests and those of her family at heart.

Belong at Home provides our family member with excellent care. We had to use other providers as well until recently, as we needed more cover than Belong could provide, and they were all awful and we didn't feel we could trust them to give medication, follow basic instructions or even turn up. Belong has always been reliable, communicative and flexible. We feel like our family member is getting a very high standard of care and we trust Belong to do everything we need, enabling our family member to stay at home and have as good a quality of life as possible. The carers are all lovely, well-trained, and genuinely care about our family member. They make a lot of effort to do things with our family member to support them and stimulate them, whilst making them fun, such as crafting, cooking and walks.

I can't rate the care that my mum receives highly enough. The team supports her to stay active and happy in her home, supporting her to cook and keep up her artistic interests, always going out of their way to give her the best possible care. We couldn't wish for a better team of carers.

I'm always pleased to see my carer. She is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She is very careful with my shopping and occasionally brings me things that she thinks I might like, even if I haven't ordered them, so it's a lovely surprise. We get on very well together.

I have carers who visit six times a week to assist me with my daily needs. They are always punctual. I love walking and it wakes me up in the morning. The carers are always happy to accompany me for a walk in all weathers, even in the recent snow. They give excellent care and often go above and beyond what is required from them. On several occasions they have stayed in their own time to make sure I am logged onto my computer for the classes and singing that I do online. Nothing is too much trouble for them to do for me.

I have found that all my needs are catered for. I feel confident that anything I ask for within reason, will be available. The care is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. One really good feature is the variety of carers, so that I don't get too dependent on one person. Any information I need I know I can get with ease from the Belong at Home Didsbury & Altrincham team. The carers also look after my two Bengal kittens which makes it feel just like home.

Setting up the care package was smooth and liaison with the Belong manager, when needed has been positive and constructive. The carers have been punctual and have helped my Mum to gain more confidence. They have encouraged her to improve her diet and have certainly gone the extra mile. For example - when she had a fall and I was some distance away, they stayed with her while the ambulance staff arrived and assessed her. We have built up a positive and professional relationship. Many thanks.
